Excellent! Velasquez and his crew were awesome. They worked quickly, clean and very thorough from the prep work to final touch up. Very good rates to top it. Will be getting epoxy garage flooring from them next.

It was a great experience. The job was done on time. All appointments were kept on time. The quality of the work was top notch. Everyone working on the project was friendly and positive and I was 100% comfortable with leaving while they worked. It could not have been better and I have already hired them for another work project.

We first used Velasquez Custom Painting in March 2016 to paint the exterior of our 3197 square foot home after a friend referred them to us. We were very pleased with their quality workmanship, attention to detail in the preparation of the house for painting, the painting itself and their overall timeliness of the job. We feel they went over and above our expectations and have referred them to many friends who have also been very pleased.

Al and his crew were prompt, extremely clean, performed a perfect cleanup, patched and sealed more cracks than what we initially thought were needed, matched paint and painted an area that was not even quoted for, and did an excellent job! Alfred Velasquez was recommended by a sub-contractor during a recent master bath remodel. He painted both the master bath and bedroom and did a great job. We asked him to bid on painting the exterior of our home and coating the roof with an Elastomeric product His bid was the best and he and his crew completed all of the work in 4 days (in our current triple-digit temperatures!). His attention to detail is superb; he is prompt and reliable; and he and his crew are friendly, extremely helpful and clean up the area following every work day. I was very impressed with both the process and the results of the painting work done by Velasquez painting. Al was there every day, both supervising and doing the work. He and his crew were courteous and always conscious of keeping the property clean and protected. I was very impressed that, without fail, any of the crew parking in my driveway would put a cardboard or cloth under their cars so as not to have oil leaking on my driveway. They also worked very independently and put in full days, even in the extreme heat. Al was helpful and patient in working with me to select a paint color and it never felt like he was rushing the work so they could move on to the next job. He quickly, and without any fuss, repainted a small area that we had discussed should be in a lighter color but wasn't, and made sure before the job was finished that any spot that I felt needed touching up had been done to my satisfaction. The work itself was excellent. My home has some very tall and difficult to access walls and I was impressed that they did all of the painting only with ladders and not scaffolding. I appreciated his and his crew's attention to detail in making everything perfect. The price he charged for my work was very fair and I would not hesitate to use him again.

The step by step process was seamless and literally stress free. I called for a free estimate and scheduled it on the spot. Alfred presented himself so professionally along with the ideas he presented made it a slam dunk to get scheduled. The job was done in the time he had estimated and once we saw the end result, we were at 110% satisfied. But the Fiunny thing about all this, the estimate went so well, Alfred left us with the expectation and peace of mind that the job was going to get done the way we expected it... So that was awesome! We now have a scheduled date for the epoxy flooring to get done in my garage and after the experience I've had already with Alfred you think I hesitated to schedule the epoxy... Well I didn't even think twice to shop around. Highly recommended in my Book!

Neat work, no problems

The painter that Angie's List suggested would not touch the job because my floor was such a mess. Alfred was challenged and worked hard. He charged me a little extra but he was worth it. 2 yr. guarantee.
