Years of homeownership have taught me that the most difficult thing to get a contractor to do is to show up! Geani Vasile showed up on time to do the estimate, started the work when planned and finished ahead of schedule! I have a rental house in Tucson but I live in Kentucky. Needed to get some work done, a 20 item punch list, to prepare the house for sale. This could have been really difficult from so far away but Geani made it easy. He sent before and after photos every day with progress report. I was able to come to Tucson as Geani was finishing up the project. I was completely satisfied with the work performed. Will definitely use Vasile Build by Design Contractors for any future work I need in Tucson and surrounding area.

The work that Vasile Build by Designs Contractors LLC performed was excellent. From the bid process/ start up/ during the project phase was constant contacting and updating to final completion of the 3 week project. The father and son tandem were outstanding. I will be using them again and have recommended to other family members as well.

Update: Work got increasingly pricey. When I asked for an hourly rate was told $80 - $120 with no explanation as to the difference. Will not be contacting again. I can't say enough good. He came out within 2 days to take care of an immediate need. He would have come the same day, but I had to work. He looked at the rest of the things on my list, gave an estimate within a day, came out the following Sat. as my day off and completed everything quickly and thoroughly. Will call again and will be giving out his name

This company ONLY responded by text. Never came out in person to assess the repairs needed and give estimate. Only guesstimate cost per foot (??) I needed a total EST. I truly believe if my home was in the foothills, they would have come out in person. Never again will I use them for ANY PROJECTS

Excellent! Professionalism, meticulous attention to this small project went beyond our hopes! Prompt response to any inquiry we had, timely start. We are very pleased and would not hesitate to have Johnny, owner of Vasile Design, do any projects in the future.

He came after 5 to give an estimate. He was polite. He emailed it to me the next day. The prices were decent. We decided on a day the next week. I took a half day off from work. He was due at 8 am. He never showed up. He did not respond to my text sent 1 hour after expected arrival. He never responded at all and it's 3 days later.

Vasile Build responded quickly and did a great job fixing my wall. I would definitely hire them again.

Mr. Vasile was incredibly efficient and also very nice. He and his assistant were very quickly able to repair the two problems that I had, and the price was truly wonderful. I highly recommend this company; they are honest, trustworthy, and Mr. Vasile did not try to sell me anything that I didn't want or need, which I truly appreciated.

I needed a new, heavy duty mailbox installed. They were very timely and did a great job - cleaned up the area when they were done.
