Everything was done and they were punctual. However, the two of them argued a bit around me, I don't like to hear that. When they removed my furniture, I guess they didn't realize that it was part of the deal; they scratch my floor so that I didn't appreciate. I didn't make a complaint to them because I know nothing's going to be done anyway. I believed they are a subcontractor that did installment for the contractor that I hired. I recommend them as far as doing a good job but as far as professionalism; if you have issues between another... keep it to yourself, I don't want to hear about it in my house. If they will move your furniture, by my experience, make sure they take precaution because they scratched my floor.

They did a nice job on the install. The installer was professional, courtesy, and worked diligently to complete the job. My only critique is playing phone tag trying to arrange the install date and a failure to call back when he said he do so. But it all worked out. This company is trusted by Lowe's to represent them for installs so that should say something about the work they do.

A great guy came and looked at the job and gave us an estimate. The office help was good. The scheduled appointment was made and then the two repair men came. They cut the pad and fixed the carpet and it looked quite good. afterwards.

The quality of the installation was extremely good. Their responsiveness and flexibility in working with my schedule was also very good.
