One month later: no call or e-mail. I feel they could at least call or e-mail me if the ere not interested in doing the job or needed more time to do estimate.

I met with Craig, who checked out my attic, took photos, and then summarized the options. The work qualified for three rebates, two from TEP and one from Southwest Gas, and I appreciated that Preston Insulation was familiar with all of them to present to me rather than my having to look for them on my own. There were three tasks in the attic that I had to address before Preston could install the insulation around the air ducts and attic floor. The installers arrived promptly at the agreed-upon time, sealed everything that needed sealing in the living areas as well as the attic, and blown in the fiberglass insulation last - a total of about five hours. | |Craig had presented three levels of attic insulation, and I contracted for two of them. Installation of a radiant barrier on the attic ceiling (underside of the roof) is thought for another day, and I'm looking forward to more efficient use of air conditioning and heat in the meantime.

Everything was excellent, from start to finish. They have the reputation of being the best insulation company in the Southwest. And I believe they are. Craig's two teams were led by Caesar, who is the most outstanding technician who ever did work at my house. They did excellent, professional work. They were also very courteous, listened to the homeowner, and did thoughtful things without being asked. They did the difficult things some installation companies would not have done, reaching hard-to-reach places. I couldn't be more impressed. I'd like to give them an A plus! Thanks!

Craig gave me good advice by phone but it was important to have him look at the job. Unfortunately, there was a bit of a miscommunication in what I thought was important, but that was corrected soon after the job was started, and exactly what I wanted was indeed done. I ding them above on professionalism for dropping a bale of insulation off the roof into the garden at the back of the house and evidently not noticing. However, they came and collected it quickly. Glad it did not harm anything in its fall.

The company did a great job taking our old insulation out of our attic, the company is very respectable and I cannot express how great this company was!

Contacted Preston Insulation and was put in touch with Craig, one of their estimators. Craig showed up promptly for the appointment. He was friendly and knowledgeable. He went into the attic to see the scope of the work needed, took measurements and then prepared an estimate on the spot. Craig also suggested other options for reducing attic heat, though he was not pushy or trying to up-sell. He was top-notch -- just the type of estimator I like. I then had a second insulation firm come out. Their estimator was very nice as well, but never even looked in the attic. I felt more comfortable with Preston. I contacted Craig and he was able to get me scheduled for the next day. The price quote from both firms was reasonable, though Preston's was slightly lower. The Preston crew showed up promptly the next morning. Luis and Jose looked over the project and got right to work. They were hard working and did a great job. I was very happy with their performance and the end result. They finished up in short order, cleaned up, and were on to their next job. I'm a completely satisfied customer and highly recommend Preston Insulation to anyone needing insulation work done.

It was a good experience. They sent a guy originally to give me an estimate. Shortly after the estimate, they sent a crew out to complete the project and it has been helpful. They were very prompt, came exactly when they said they would, and finished the project in a timely manner. I would use this company again.

The crew was on time to the job every day. They are very professional, courteous, and friendly. This company was recommended to us by another contractor. After they were finished they cleaned up everything. I would recommend using this company to anyone. Preston's is very reasonable when it comes to price as well.

1. CALLED ASKING FOR ESTIMATE FOR RADIANT BARRIER INSTALLATION; ESTIMATOR CAME OUT THE SAME DAY AND WE HAD FORMAL ESTIMATE VIA E MAIL WITHIN 24 HRS. VERY PROMPT. 2. JOB SCHEDULED PROMPTLY; CREW CAME OUT ON TIME AND COMPLETED INSTALLATION VERY PROMPTLY; CLEANED UP AREA VERY WELL. WHILE IN THE ATTIC CREW NOTICED AN AIR CONDITIONING DUCT WAS NOT ATTACHED AND THEY REINSTALLED IT FOR US. THEY ALSO FOUND A SKYLIGHT CABINET WITHOUT INSULATION ON IT WHICH THEY APPLIED. NEITHER OF THESE ITEMS WAS IN THE JOB ESTIMATE NOR WERE WE CHARGED FOR THEM. 3. AT COMPLETION OF BARRIER INSTALL CREW MADE RECOMMENDATION FOR ADDING INSULATION UPGRADE IN ATTIC ADDING R13 TO OUR ALREADY R30 BAT MATERIAL ALONG WITH ADDING INSUALTION CONES TO THE OLD CAM LIGHTS IN OUR CEILING. 4. WE DECIDED TO LOOK INTO THE INSULATION UPGRADE AND RECEIVED ESTIMATE VIA E MAIL AGAIN WITHIN 24 HOURS OF REQUEST. 5. WE DECIDIED TO PROCEED WITH UPGRADE; CREW WAS ON TIME, COMPLETED JOB PROMPTLY AND LEFT AREA CLEAN AT COMPLETION. 6. FOLLOWING THE INSULATION APPLICATION PRESTON MANAGEMENT FOLLOWED UP VERY PROMPTLY WITH A CONCERN WE RAISED ADDRESSING IT IN A TIMELY MANNER. PRESTON DID A FINE JOB FOR US OVERALL. THEIR PRICES WERE VERY REASONABLE, THEY WERE PROMPT IN ESTIMATING AND IN JOB EXECUTION AND THEIR MANAGEMENT STOOD BEHIND THEIR WORK ASSURING WE WERE COMPLETELY SATISFIED WITH THEIR PERFORMANCE.
