I highly recommend them. Several years ago I detected some termites and they took care of it; I didn’t have any issues after that. I find that it is most economical to buy their services by the year. They responded immediately when there are any problems, even if they had been out before. I didn’t have any issues with this company.

They do pretty good. They charge $25 a month and $85 once a year for long term weed control. They are pretty quick.

My husband and I were once sitting in the den and trying to watch television when we saw three pack rats in the wall. So, they came and they said that there were little pack rats. We got rid of them after they put the traps. I recommend University Termite & Pest Control highly. They are fair, polite and on time. They work at my convenience. They deliver anything you want from an exterminator. They told me to call them if anything popped up so that they could re-spray it. They want their customers to be happy. The workers are excellent and consistent. It’s not like you see somebody different every week since they seem to stay with the company. They also call you before they are going to come. They charge about $125 each time for the pre-emergent spray. They do it once every four months. Their pricing is fair. Their quality, responsiveness and professionalism are all excellent. Their punctuality is absolutely perfect. I would continue to use them.

The technician replaces whatever the rats take out to make their dens, then he sprays the outside of the house and whatever else needs spraying. If necessary he sprays the inside of the house. We are very happy with their service. He always lets me know when he is coming next. Their technician is a very personable, caring person. He always wants to make sure we are satisfied and he wants to show me any potential problems that might be coming up and what we can do to fix them. We have had their service for 4 years and they are absolutely great. We will continue to use them.

I DON'T LIKE THE FACT THAT THEY DIDN'T BELIEVE WE HAD ANY PEST PROBLEMS. MY WIFE TOLD THEM OVER THE PHONE BUT WHEN THEY CAME OUT AND CHECKED, THEY JUST LEFT WITHOUT DOING ANYTHING.

THEY ALWAYS GIVE ME AN EXTREMELY DETAILED REPORT ON THE KIND OF PESTS THAT ARE AROUND MY HOME, EVEN THOUGH I DON'T USUALLY REQUEST IT. I HAVEN'T HAD ANY PROBLEMS WITH TERMITES SO FAR.

THEY SPRAYED THE YARD FOR PESTS. THEY WERE VERY CAREFUL WITH THE CHEMICALS THAT THEY WERE USING. THEY COME OUT ONCE A MONTH AND SPRAY. I AM PLEASED WITH THE COST. I WOULD USE THEM AGAIN.

THE COMPANY CHARGED ME WAY TOO MUCH. THEY CHARGED ME $800 FOR MAYBE 30 MINUTES OF WORK. THE WORST PART IS A WEEK LATER THE TERMITES CAME BACK AND I HAD TO HAVE TERMINEX COME AND SPRAY AGAIN.

THE QUALITY OF THE WORK THAT THEY PERFORMED WAS EXCELLENT. I HAVEN'T HAD A PROBLEM WITH BUGS AFTER THEY SPRAY. THEY COME AND GET THE JOB DONE WHEN THEY SAY THEY WILL.

THEY ARE ALWAYS VERY PROMPT AND COURTEOUS, AND I HAVE ALWAYS BEEN PLEASED WITH THE WORK THEY HAVE DONE. THEY ALWAYS CHECK TO SEE IF WE NEED ANYTHING ELSE DONE BEFORE THEY LEAVE, AND I HAVE RECENTLY SIGNED A CONTRACT WITH THEM.

THEY SEEMED LIKE THEY COULD TAKE CARE OF THE JOB. WE DIDN'T HAVE ANY TERMITE PROBLEMS AFTER THEY WERE DONE. THEY DID IT ALL IN A VERY TIMELY FASHION. THEY WERE VERY RESPONSIBLE WITH EVERYTHING THAT THEY DID.
