Yayo Falcon showed up when he had agreed to, gave us a very reasonable estimate, and followed through professionally to remove the old carpeting and tack strips and install the new flooring. The special threshold piece was not available from the supplier initially and had to be ordered; Yayo returned without delay once it was available and quickly finished the job, for which we had already paid him. He is a very pleasant and personable young man, listens and communicates well, and cleans up after himself perfectly. I recommend him without reservation. (The cost of service noted does not include the cost of the materials, which were acquired at a retail flooring outlet; however, Yayo did pick them up at the store as part of his service.)

Yayo did an excellent job installing my floors. He was professional, trusting and took his time to complete the job to my expectations. Yayo did not ask for any payment until the job was completed. The flooring installation was perfect and I am very happy with the job. Yayo is professional and was in contact with me along the way for any changes or concerns.
