The panel started having connection problems two days before Christmas. It took a couple of days to determine what exactly was wrong. The high voltage connection was only partially functional. I obtained quotes from three contractors . United was the lowest bid. They performed the work in a timely and efficient manner. I also had them do some additional work which also went well. The electrician (Jim). Performed a very professional, friendly and efficient job. I will use United Electric again.

James and Alex are our go-to guys for all things electrical. This is the third time we have used their services (two different houses) and there's a reason we come back to them each time. They do great work, do it at a fair price, are pleasant to have in our home, and are careful to clean up carefully when the work is done. What more can you ask? They are terrific.

United Electric contacted me right away, gave me a "ballpark" estimate as requested. Job was scheduled 2 day's out. James called me when he was on his way. Job was done with no problems and plenty of professionalism.

Ended up also needing new wiring run from the wall switch to the fixture. Everything went great. The crew made minimal holes to the drywall to run the wire. Then they rough fixed the drywall and cleaned up like they were never there. We would use them again for electrical work.

This was one of those projects that seemed to take forever but in actuality it was only a few days. TEP inspected the damage and determined it was a safety issue so our power had to be cut. From that point it took United Electric a period of time to gather the supplies and organize a crew. I opted to have this worked as an emergency which meant it did cost a bit more money due to the crew working outside of normal working hours but it was worth it. They set the pole, transferred the box, repaired a few minor things and within four days we were back up and running. Most of the delay wasn't the fault of the company but the government agencies they had to deal with. The work was done and excellent.

Outstanding job. In and out in half an hour. Looks and works like new. Will definitely call them again.

I was pleased to find an electrician company that works on Saturday. Work was done well and price was better than expected. Will use again and refer to my friends.

Job was done well and at 1/3 less than quoted by another contractor. Installed a ceiling fan and ran new wiring with no visible marks on the ceiling. Routed the wiring to work off a switch that controlled a wall outlet; that outlet made independent and a second outlet added. Also worked with me in routing the wiring so future upgrades could be easily done. Minimal drywall work required. Very pleased with the result, would definitely hire again.

Since the company was sold to Adam, he's done two jobs for me. One was a problem with my fan/light switching off. It was a simple matter of using a different light bulb, but something I would not have known. The 2nd job was to locate an outlet in my garage for my freezer. Job done and bill was fair.

Dimmable LED strip lighting was installed under 4 cabinets on 2 walls, separated by a pantry. All lighting was wired to the same dimmer switch which required additional time as the wiring had to go up into the attic and back down to the switch. We are very happy with the finished product. Technicians were prompt and when they did run into a time problem they called ahead to let us know. Excellent expert work. Will definitely hire again.

Electricians completed the work in less than an hour. The owner gave me a $25 discount because I was first-time customer. I had not noticed that there was a coupon on their Angie's List website page, so appreciated that extra effort from the company.

The work went fine. And, now I don't have to worry about the darn batteries for a few years.

This was a difficult job updating the electrical system in my older home. They did a really good job. I actually took them a day and a half because of all the work I wanted done in the house. I also need my smoke alarms updated and a chandelier in my 2 story entrance hall replaced. But, I am very pleased with the results. I now have lights and a ceiling fan in my kitchen that can even shine into closets. I will call them again for any more updated lights in my house.

I chose United Electric from Angie's List based on their prior reviews. I moved to Tucson a few years ago and this is the first time that I needed to hire an electrician. I called and spoke to Adam to explain what I needed and scheduled for the technicians to come out. Aaron and Hans came to the house, on time, and we discussed and clarified what needed to be done. From there they went about completing the work. It was perfect. I can't say enough about the promptness, professionalism, and overall competence of the folks at United Electrical. If you're like me and want to establish long-term relationships with your trade folks (electrical, plumbing, HVAC, etc.), this company should be on your short list to call for your next project. I'm already working with them on a landscape lighting project that I want to tackle.

Not a problem. The technicians were on time, did the work quickly and correctly, and cleaned up the work area when they were done.

Due to old, questionable aluminum wiring, required new circuit runs with conduit and proper wiring after extensive troubleshooting. All problems fixed in just over 12 hours using journeyman and apprentice to include drywall/roofing repairs and professional claen-up.

The owner, Steve, kept in contact with us and made every effort to keep the cost reasonable. We are very satisfied with the professional and personal service.

We were very pleased with the work performed by Jim and Alex. They worked quickly, were pleasant and prompt and took the time to show me how the ceiling fan's remote worked before they left! Pricing was very fair. We will definitely use United Electric again.

It went well. Communication with Steve and Aaron was done regularly. Show-up time calls each morning we’re good, although not very accurate (consistently about an hour later than I was told). Aaron and Hans worked steadily in a no- nonsense matter and kept me informed about what going on. They were very polite and sought my input for my preferences. I felt that Aaron was well qualified as an electrician. I would hire again in a heartbeat!

We have previously used United Electric to do electrical work at our home and were pleased with their work. The replacement of the lights in our great room went flawlessly. The technicians arrived slightly before the scheduled time. After completing the job they carefully cleaned up any debris left from the installation.
