Unlike larger companies all of our jobs get the personal touch from Adam and his team. All Angie's List customers get a first time $25.00 discount. It truly is appreciated as our reputation means a lot to us and when we get bad reviews we follow up with the client to inquire what went wrong and how we can fix it. Needless to say we were shocked when you told us you only posted something out of frustration with Angie's List repeatedly emailing and calling you to post a review for work we'd performed more than a year ago of which you could barely remember due to the length of time that had passed. When I contacted my representative at Angie's List he said they don't solicit clients to post reviews but obviously that's incorrect because once you contacted them after we spoke about this matter it got fixed and for that we're very grateful to you for taking time out of your busy schedule to assist us in getting the review corrected. Description of Work: Steve and his technicians were wonderful. They got the job done promptly and enabled us to close on our home. | |Downfall - billing person left me a nasty message at work because bill was not paid at closing as it should be. Would have been nice to have a conversation first and not threats of legal action when we had no idea it was missed. As soon as we became aware, bill was promptly paid.

Description of Work: The electrician who showed up was on time, pleasant and professional. More importantly, he discovered the source of our circuit breaker problem very quickly. | |There have been many home maintenance projects which I have done for many years without any problem, but I would probably never have been able to even locate the source of this particular problem, since it was in a different room from the breaker box!

THEY WERE WONDERFUL. THEY CAME RIGHT OUT WHEN I NEEDED THEM AND STARTED REWIRING RIGHT AWAY. MY NEIGHBOR HAD THE SAME PROBLEM AT THE SAME TIME ONLY SHE HIRED SOMEONE ELSE, THEY CHARGED HER AN EXTRA 600 DOLLARS FOR THE SAME JOB.
