Mr. Lambach arrived on time and was very pleasant and professional. He performed an inspected of my home as represented in the Big Deal, and gave me a concise report as to his findings. I plan to do some updates/upgrades on my home in the future, and will certainly contact United Electric.

They were fine. Didn't do enough work for me to give an in depth review, other than what i mentioned above.

I contacted several electrical contractors in my area through Angie's List to get estimates on replacing an irrigation time clock. We recently installed Solar panels and I was leery of doing the job myself. Besides, we had other electrical jobs we wanted done and had lost trust in our previous electrician. United Electric had the best reputation, responded quickest, and had the lowest bid, so we went with them. When they arrived, they immediately went to work, and I saw that no extra safety measures were necessary with the solar power on the grid. As they were cleaning up, the lead electrician came in the house to gather data for a bid on other work we needed done.

The work was expertly completed and the new light fixtures looked great. Also the old light fixtures that had no value were taken away so we didn't have to dispose of them. I would definitely use United Electric again and would highly recommend them to others.

We were trying to move an electrical box from one wall to another outside. Seemed like a simple enough project, this couldn't be farther from the truth. The outdoor wiring was a big mess - Outlets weren't working, wires were exposed, and things were not done to code. After getting shocked and blowing circuits on the koi pond and fountain , we decided it was time to get an electrician. We consulted Angie's List. Steve came out and gave us an estimate on Monday and completed the work that week. Everything was done professionally, everything was documented and explained upfront. There were no surprises. We have a whole list of items on our honey-do list, I'm sure we will be contacting them again.

Contractor showed up and performed the work as agreed to with minimal interruption.There were no significant problems. Overall rating is 95%.

Hired United Electric based on recommendation of Angie's List. Technician did a good job. Was on time and worked quickly. This service was being paid by the time used. Employee did NOT milk it. Did the job in reasonable amount of time for the task. United Electric also honored an online coupon for being new customer. Good Service. Would use them again and/or recommend to a friend.

Like I said, service person found the short in the switch immediately! He was here and gone in 10 minutes! Went great! Nice guy/

Steve came out as scheduled. He explained the problem. He told me it was an easy fix and suggested that I might be able to handle the job as a do-it-yourself project. He gave me the name and address of an electrical supply house that carried the socket. He explained the general procedure for making this repair. I followed his advice and changed out the light socket myself. How many people would save someone some money and instruct them as to how to make the repair? I appreciate him saving me some cash, and will definitely use United Electric should I have an electrical job.

Jose and Trinidad arrived on time. They both were friendly and professional. We showed them what we wanted to have done, and they carefully clarified everything before beginning any work. They told us exactly what they could do and could not do (in this case, repair the holes in the drywall that would be left). They worked quickly and neatly. The "new" sconces and outlets work fine, and the drywall holes are ready to be patched.

This house is a rental that we own in Tucson. We live in Phoenix and it is always difficult to find reliable tradespeople to do work. We called United Electric because our tennants were complaining that when they ran the dryer the main breaker would trip. They came out and did a diagnostics and let us know that they weren't sure if replacing the main breaker would solve the problem. After speaking with Steve he said he would go out again and do a load analysis on the house to determine if he thought we would need to upgrade the service or if we could get away with just replacing the breaker. After the analysis he gave us the good news that he felt only the main breaker would need to be replaced. They were prompt, honest, and reasonably priced. I don't know that I could ask for more. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for electrical work.

Our overall experience with United Electric Inc. was wonderful. The owner, Steve, is an excellent diagnostician. It really only took him minutes to understand the problem and to fix it. Our landscape lighting is finally working correctly. He was pleasant, personable, and explained everything to me in a way I could understand what was going on. He also gave me advice how to avoid the problem in the future. Incredibly, Steve performed an extra and very special service that had nothing to do with electricity. While we were outside, I pointed out a garbage truck that came speeding though the neighborhood and on my little street, a street full of kids. I said "Can you believe how fast that guy is going?" I mean, it was a really big truck. Steve stopped him and politely told him that he was going too fast, that he needed to reign it in, and that there were kids all over this neighborhood as well as teenage drivers who might not be prepared for a huge garbage truck to come barreling around a corner. When I thanked him, he said "I figured you would not be comfortable stopping him on your own and the driver needed to be reminded where he was driving." As he left, I shook his hand and told him I had found an electrician for life. Highly recommend this company.

Showed up on time, diagnosed, and fixed the issue in about half an hour

This company made three visits to my house. The first was made by the owner. He was polite and professional. He replaced a GFCI in my backyard. He also showed me where some conduit was rusted and rotted and the wires exposed. He recommended replacing the conduit. He sent two men to replace the conduit days later. They arrived promptly and were extremely professional, but not very friendly. They performed the work, but I had to go to work before they were done, so I didn't do a final inspection. It rained the very next day and I noticed that they put two large slabs of flagstone 7" out of line with the other slabs. AND, to close to the house. A puddle formed against the wall of my house during the rain because of the misplaced flagstone. I called the company on Friday morning. They returned the call on Monday and said that they would send someone the next day to move the flagstone to align it properly. They arrived on time and informed me that they would have to charge me for moving the flagstone. The worker was extremely polite and professional even though I became upset about the extra charge and told them I would do it myself--AND reminded them that I hadn't paid for the service yet. They returned to my front door (after making a call to the owner) and said that they would move the flagstone with no additional charge. They moved the flagstone and left. Note: This company charges travel time, so living far from them could add to the bill.

We were very pleased. They were on time professional and efficient. The work was done correctly and cleanly. They invoiced us rather than paying at the time, and the bill reflected what we expected. They also applied the Angie's list discount ($25) even though I forgot to ask about it. We will definitely use them again for our electrical projects.

Received an estimate as promised the very next day, called to set date for installation. United Electric returned my calls and checked day before to ensure arrival time. The two nicest gentlemen called me the morning of the install to say they were on the way and would arrive at the previously appointed time. Once they arrived went over what they were going to do and asked if I had any questions. They covered the floor and all the counters and appliances in the kitchen prior to starting. Before they began the install, they double checked with me the light placement to ensure that I was happy with what they were going to do. All along the way they cleaned up keeping the mess to a minimum. Once done they asked if I had additional concerns or questions. I was extremely pleased with the work that was done, and with the total professionalism in which the worker conducted themselves. I would not hesitate to call United Electric should I have electrical needs in the future, nor have any issues recommending them to others.

The inspection went well. It was worth the price of coupon.

The Tech was very knowledgeable and had all the equipment on his truck to do the repairs promptly.

Once we established what I needed to have done, they took care of the rest with approval on large ticket items from me. The technicians said it was one of the hardest pulls they'd done but they figured out a way to complete it!

The owner himself came out and was very professional. He was thorough, gave many excellent suggestions about the work we wanted. His bid came back quickly and communication was very good with the company. We ultimately decided to go with another company. However we would consider United Electric again for another job.

The company came out promptly....within 2 days of us calling. The man was professional and explained our options. We did not have the work done because we were not sure at that time if we would rearrange the furniture and leave the fan where it was located. The quote seemed a little pricey, but we didn't have any other bids, so I can't say for sure if it was high or not.

Steve is a very amiable person, reached on time, performed the work impeccably.
