I left my name and number and was assured that they would return my call. It's been almost two weeks and no return call.

I was referred to this company and called to schedule a termite inspection. I called after hours once and on the weekend a second time. On the phone, I was directed to leave a message and someone would contact me during office hours. No one contacted me so I finally was able to call during office hours and discussed scheduling with the Office person who answered the phone. She explained that the technician would call me back with his availability. I received no call back even after waiting a full day. I called back and the Office person called the technician while I waited on the phone. She gave me a date and time that was a full week later and I accepted this time. The scheduled date was this past Tuesday and no one showed up. I called an hour after the scheduled time and was informed that the technician had no appointment scheduled for my address. Rather than getting an apology for any miscommunication and working out a solution to the problem, I was treated as though I were a nuisance. I asked for the soonest availability for service and explained that our closing had been waiting on the inspection during the previous week so was it possible to get service within a few days. I was firmly told nothing was available for still another week. At that point I called another company that I was referred to and was able to get service within two days and therefore I cancelled my request for service with US Pest. All in all, I would have worked with the company and understood that miscommunications happen, however, the attitude of the Office person that I spoke with was not conducive to solving problems.

Went very well. They finished the application in grand style. They use the best products and complete the job efficiently. We've never had a problem.

Started using this company roughly 1 year ago. All was well until the guy assigned to our area changed. Last quarter we went one week late (I believe I had to cancel but the provider did not reschedule right away) and there were venomous spiders in my garage and back patio. Following that we started seeing them again one month before our next spray. They came out to respray and, hand to God, 6 days later we get more spiders (black widows) on the back patio. I'm afraid to let my dogs out because they might get bitten. When the gentleman came to respray last weekend he found black widows and brown recluses. He told me the and quot;trickand quot; was to take down the web and they won't come back which I had been doing all along and within the day there'd be a new web.

My pest management company is Unified Services Pest Control. They also do termite control. They are on time and they do their work without bothering me. They do ask me if there are any specific areas I need treated. They do a quick test for termites when they spray for insects so they can have the guy come out and make sure I have no termites underground. Their charge is reasonable. They are very quick to come out when we have bee trouble. One time they found a hole right beside the door and the bees came in and went under my master bedroom carpet! The only reason I knew that was because I was in the bedroom and I kept hearing buzzing.

I like that they call and make an appointment. They come back if I find a problem, and they don't charge. They're efficient. My overall experience with them was excellent.

The same person comes out every month, so he notices things that may have changed. If I have any rat deposits anywhere he lets me know. He is careful with the way he sprays and he respects the pets. I don't know what the others charge about the price. I would use them again in the future.

The guy who came out is very knowledgeable and very personable. He goes those extra miles to do what he is supposed to do and he knows what he is doing. The prices are fair.

I originally met with Troy Cameron to get an estimate on the job. He had knowledge of where termites would be before I told him where I knew they were. On the day work was done, a fleet of workers showed up (4 trucks!). The job was done in a couple of hours because they had a crew working outside, and one inside.

This company is fantastic. They are consistently on time, and do a very thorough job of placing pest a barrier around the foundation of our home and trouble spots on property. We had scorpion issues when we moved in and this company has been wonderful in helping us get rid of them. The person who's been coming to my home for the last two years is great! I would absolutely recommend this company to anyone looking for a reliable, effective pest control solution.

THE MAN HAS COME OUT ON TIME FOR THE PAST YEAR THAT I HAVE BEEN WORKING WITH HIM. HE ALWAYS HAS DONE AN EXTREMELY GOOD JOB AND I NEVER HAD A PROBLEM WITH BUGS OR TERMITES.
