TWO MEN AND A TRUCK

One of the repairs was great and the other wasn’t that bad. They were very careful. They did do a good job. They did it quickly. They put it all where we wanted them to. We were happy with their service. They were punctual during the move; however, we did have to make a call for the repairs.

They were phenomenally fast. I was moving by myself. They were in and out within 4 hours.

Their service was great. They were very careful with the antique piano. They were absolutely wonderful. They were very courteous. They treated the piano with great respect. They were very careful not to leave marks on our floors or my daughter’s floors. They were prompt.

We were so happy with their services that we hired the same crew to move a belongings in a storage unit to our home. They were right on time and it cost much less than expected because they worked very quick. I would definately recomend them to friends.

The men were professional, and packed everything very well. They did not damage the house or the articles, and moved everything efficiently and with effort. They were personable and friendly throughout. Their service was carefully described beforehand, and before they did anything that needed a particular packing or task, they were sure to tell me what they were doing and why. I had plenty of details about their services in the forms I signed before and after the work was completed.

Two men came and moved the furniture: a sofa. I thought $90.00 was too much since I did not need a truck, only two men. It was worth it since I had no other way to get the sofa moved.

All in all, it took them 4.25 hours which is half the time it would have taken my husband and I to do it. It saved us so much time and stress and was worth every penny! Both Nick and Bryan were great - polite, efficient and very careful with our belongings. Hopefully we don't have to move again any time soon but if we do, we will be calling TM&AT again!

I was initially impressed by how professional they were on the phone. Everything was clearly explained to me up front and I received a confirmation call a few days before the move. They showed up on time and the three employees were courteous professional and hard working. They were very pleasant to deal with and handled my items with care. The move was completed within the estimated amount of time. I would absolutely use this company again and recommend it highly.

I started with an estimate from Gabe a couple weeks before the move. On the day before the move, two men came out and packed us (on Thursday). That went faster than I'd thought. These same two fellows did the moving on Friday. We moved across town. We've used this company no less than six times over the past decade, but only this franchise twice. Like before, their system and staff work very well. Both men communicated reasonably well, showed appropriate respect for our possessions, and knew how to pack and move well. The estimates were consistent with the final cost. Nothing of substance was damaged during the move, even though we thought some items should have been boxed and were not, instead being wrapped and loaded 'naked' otherwise.

They were fantastic and their service was good. They were professional and efficient. They were there when they said they were going to be and it matched the quote. I thought the quote was very reasonable. They moved all the heavy stuff, they were marvelous. They did it all quickly, neatly, efficiently and no damages. They are so reasonable, they came in and do it all in a couple of hours. It was very nice.

From the initial call to the actual move, everyone I talked to was very professional, but also very nice. They said the movers would be there anytime between 8-9am, and they got there around 8:30, which was perfect as far as I am concerned. They were very careful with my stuff, and worked very efficiently to get the job done in good time. I was very impressed with the service, and will definitely use them again.

They arrived on time and went to work quickly and professionally. Worked with us patiently to ensure everything was wrapped/protected for indefinite storage. They estimated five hours for the job and took just under three. We went over the estimate on materials but they had extras available and it wasn't a problem. Due to the time savings we were well under the estimated cost. Very satisfied.

The job was larger than they expected and carried over to the next day. They explained what they were doing, why it was not in the original estimate, and why it would cost more. The price they gave me was more than fair. They did everything well. Having worked with other movers who broke things and "lost" things, I was amazed by the quality of their work and the pleasantness they evidenced. I could not have been more pleased.

It was much smoother job than we thought it would be. The two guys that came out did a very good job. They were very competent and very careful. They knew what their job was. The price was a bit more than the estimate because they didn't see the things that had to be moved. I would rate them high on all categories.

Movers came on time and completed the job in a professional and timely manner.

I've used this company for moves in other states. As before they were excellent. This is not a 'full-service' cross-country moving service, but ideal for moves within a few hours' radius. They charge a tad under $100/hour for two men and their 26 foot (or so) truck. There is a ~$300 'service fee' to cover the cost to get the men and truck to the first place, and then to cover the return after they drop it all off. I called and did a phone estimate, and the very pleasant and helpful man on the line offered to come out and eyeball my possessions (did we need 2 trucks and four men, in other words) but I foolishly declined. As a result, not all our stuff fit on the one truck, but I had planned for this and it wasn't a big deal. The two men were fairly laconic but pleasant and took our directions well during the loading and unloading. There was almost no damage, and what damage there was was far less than I've had with the 'big name' moving companies. (Although I guess TMT is now more a less a 'big name'.) I disassembled all my own beds and furniture before loading to save money; they'll do it but at $98/hour it makes sense to do that yourself if you are able. These two guys worked from 9a thru about 8p and were pleasant the entire time. Highly recommended. Overall the total price was about 60% of what one of the cross-country moving companies quoted me, and they weren't even able to promise a same day move. They wanted to load on day one and drive and drop off on day two.

They arrived when they said they would. They worked tirelessly and without stopping. The treated everything with great care and they were very professional, polite and helpful in every way. I will be using the same company and the same two guys for my complete move in June. They don't start the clock until they arrive to begin the move and the clock stops when they put the last item in place and the truck is empty.

It went great. They were right on time and worked very hard. They were polite and professional. They came in about $200 under the quote they gave us. They moved my kids huge play structure with no problems or extra charges.

On relatively short notice, with just one call, I was able to schedule everything with this company. The work was done at a hectic time of year (Dec. 22) but the men showed up on time, even though they had a couple of other jobs earlier in the day. They did a great job and completed the work in less time (and fewer dollars) than estimated. They took care in unloading everything & were careful to make sure that they were placing the contents of the PODS into the correct rooms of our house. We were so pleased to complete our move in such an easy manner.

They are very organized and they moved everything into place for me. I have used them twice and they have been consistently good. I would definitely recommend them to everyone in our area. If I had to move here in Phoenix I would call them and ask them to come down for me.
