My definition of custom remodeling is modeling a space to fit the needs and desires of the person who will be using the space. I start with an interview with the client so that I understand what those needs and desires are and how best I can design the work to achieve that. I never use cabinets purchased off the shelf as they are designed with a "one size fits all concept". I prefer to design and build the cabinet as you would a special glove that will only fit one hand.

We would meet periodically to choose materials for the room. I appreciated that he typically gave us several choices, but didn't overwhelm us. At the same time, I got the sense that if we hadn't liked his choices, he would have readily given us more. This was where having the portfolio earlier really helped - we knew we had compatible tastes.
The crew came and went regularly and each person who came through was courteous, kept the house clean, and did great work. The details in the room are beautiful and demonstrate real craftsmanship. The project ran a little longer than predicted, but Mr. Tuggle was excellent about communicating the progress of the project, so there were no inconveniences.
The finished product increased the functionality of the room by a factor of 10, and it looks gorgeous! Not only would we work with this company again, we have! We hired them to do the flooring for our home, and have also been thrilled with the process and the outcome there. We also had them build some cabinets for our laundry room and were again impressed with the creativity, quality, and process of getting the work done.
