+ -1 moreWashing machine appeared to be leaking when a washing cycle was run. Technician stated the pump needed to be replaced. A few minutes after leaving the washer was run and water was leaking at the faucet head in the wall. It appears the work done was not needed. It would have been preferred that the technician had reported that and allowed us to call a plumber to repair the problem, we would have gladly paid the service call fee. We will probably not use this company in the future.
Description of Work: Washing machine water pump was replaced.

+ -1 moreWhen our refrigerator failed, I feared it was the compressor and was relieved when the tech said it was just the freezer fan. I had already pulled the refrigerator away from the wall and cleaned below, behind and inside. The tech replaced the little fan and left in less than 10 minutes. I called a supplier and learned that the fan sells, retail, for $35. I was told that it sells for $25 if I have a business license. I think $175 for 10 minutes labor is pretty abusive and I'll not use this business again.
Description of Work: Replaced freezer fan in whirlpool refrigerator; $200.

+ -1 moreTHE QUALITY AND PROFESSIONALISM WAS EXCELLENT. THEY WERE ON TIME AND CAME IMMEDIATELY WHEN I CALLED. I APPRECIATED THE FOLLOW UP VISIT. I WOULD HIRE THIS COMPANY AGAIN.
Description of Work: MY WASHING MACHINE HAD A BAD BELT. THEY HAD TO MAKE TWO VISITS TO ENSURE THE WASHING MACHINE WAS WORKING CORRECTLY.
