+ -1 moreRon told me that it was going to be $100.00 for the dishwasher install. But he went ahead a fixed the disposal for an additional $80.00. This company stinks.
Description of Work: Ron installed the used dishwasher. He said it worked great and that the tenants were happy. The tenants said that the garbage disposal was not working correctly and making a lot of noise. -- The disposal was new -- Technician Ron said he took the entire disposal apart and made it work.

+ -1 moreService man decided in five minutes that it needed new floaters and came back next day to install them. After that the dryer began making a different, louder noise. I called them again. The same service man came into my home for two minutes and gave me his cell number. Said to call when it made the noise again. He wouldn't even stick around for the 15 minutes it would have taken to hear the noise. By the time I get the phone, dial the number and it connects, the noise stops. I have used this company several times in the past, with deceit results, but I am done with them now.
Description of Work: My dryer was making a strange noise.

Description of Work: They replaced a "compressor starter" assembly on our approximately 10-year-old refrigerator, which had suddenly stopped working.

+ -1 moreTHEY ALWAYS DO A GREAT JOB. WE KEEP USING THEM BECAUSE THEY ARE VERY PROFESSIONAL AND SEEM TO ALWAYS HAVE THE ANSWERS TO ANY QUESTIONS THAT WE MIGHT HAVE.
Description of Work: WHENEVER WE HAVE A PROBLEM WITH OUR WASHING MACHINE OR DRYER, WE CALL THEM TO COME AND FIX IT. THE MOST RECENT TIME THEY CAME WAS WHEN WE COULDN'T GET THE DRYER TO TURN ON.

+ -1 moreI HAVE USED THIS COMPANY FOR 10 YEARS. THEY ARE GOOD TO COME OUT RIGHT AWAY. THEY ARE VERY EFFICIENT IN THEIR RESPONSE TIME, AND IN THE TIME IT TAKES TO GET THE JOB DONE. THEY ARE VERY GOOD TO CLEAN UP WHEN THEY ARE FINISHED.
Description of Work: THEY REPLACED THE MOTOR IN THE WASHER, ADDED A NEW PUMP FOR THE ICE MAKER ON THE REFRIGERATOR AND INSTALLED A NEW MOTOR ON THE FREEZER. THEY ALSO REPLACED 2 BURNER UNITS ON THE STOVE.

+ -1 moreTHERE WAS SOMETHING STUCK IN THE PUMP, SO THEY HAD TO REPLACE IT. I WAS VERY PLEASED WITH THE WORK. THEY WERE EFFICIENT ABOUT THEIR JOB. I WOULD USE THEM AGAIN AND RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYBODY.
