+ -1 moreJeff Bell drove to my home 35 miles from his office, so I wasn't without my computer for a day or a week. He cleaned up the system, straightened out some network connections, made sure all programs were updated, and solved some program problems (open one, another doesn't work, etc). He worked for about 3 hours. I'd done system scans and defrags to no avail ... after Jeff worked on the computer, it went from slooooow to fast, and every program works.
Description of Work: Performed system scans, virus scans, straightened out program inconsistencies and problems of one program not working when another was running. Fixed some settings, straightened out network connections, made sure all programs were updated.
