They sent a nice service tech to measure and discuss the job. I said to proceed and let us know cost and schedule. That was the last I heard from them. I called 2 weeks later and they couldn't identify who did the call or locate the order. Said they'd call back after talking to someone. They didn't call back so I did -- found out they never did anything with the order so I told them they'd lost a customer. If you use them, get specifics -- the tech with us never even left a card or name.

I had originally called them because some of my windows showed moisture between the two panes, an obvious sign of the seal having broken. When they appraised the job for an estimate, they inspected all of my windows and found even a few more that I had overlooked because the symptoms of seal failure were not yet that obvious. I had all of the failed windows and the shower glass replaced, based on their quote for materials and labor and was satisfied with the time it took them for ordering glass and scheduling the installation as well as the final results. The mirrors were to go on a wall with a ten-foot ceiling, and I wanted the glass to cover the entire height of the wall. This included two openings in one panel for an electrical socket and light switch. They called me to inform me that the two openings in one panel caused it to crack when it was moved to put it on their truck and they regretfully could only safely give me eight-foot panels, not ten-foot. I accepted the compromise and was happy with the end result, particularly the care they took to align each mirror panel so that the reflections were consistent from one panel to the next. The fourth job (window replacement) took three phone calls to get someone over to my house to measure the window, by which time they were apologizing profusely and explaining that they had been very busy and had not had any jobs in my part of town to group with mine. Well, OK. Once the last window had been measured, it was only a few business days later when they called to say they had the glass and were ready to install. The installation took more time than the installer had anticipated, but they charge a flat rate for materials and installation so the extra time was not charged to me. Overall, the installers were courteous and professional and, with the exception of the minor problem of getting the fourth job started, I was satisfied with this company and would recommend them to others in the Tucson area.

Excellent! The custom shelves were large, heavy, and odd shaped to fit into an unusual space. We were more than pleased. They have added a wonderful touch to our home. And, we had them do the large 4 foot by 2 foot panel doors in a built-in kitchen cabinet (like a China cabinet more or less). We used seeded glass to blend a Mexican charm of our Mesquite cabinets. It looks awesome! When others see these doors and the cabinet, they are stunned at the beauty. This company made them to our specifications and did an awesome job and were extremely easy to work with from every point of view. And, we thought their prices were very reasonable. Easy enough access to get to them and good parking. Friendly staff, who are knowledgeable!

THE COMPANY DID A GREAT JOB REPLACING THE WINDOW ON MY FRONT PORCH. THEY WERE VERY PUNCTUAL AND THEIR WORKMANSHIP WAS EXCEPTIONAL. I WOULD RECOMMEND THEIR WORK TO ANYONE.
