Description of Work: My outside water pipes broke, so I called and an answering service said the company would contact me the next day. I never heard from them. I called that same number the next day, late afternoon, and it wasn't even the plumbing company. I ended up calling Arico...I had no water for 2 days and couldn't wait any longer. I'm not certain if Jan. 4th was the date I called, but it was a Monday, and it had rained all day. I'm pretty sure it was then.
