Unbelievable! I call this company for an estimate for replacement of my master bedroom and closet carpet. They come over and I tell them I'll need the estimate because I'm suing my builder and I need to know how much to claim. Mark gets upset and tells me that the only way he gives a written estimate is if I'm ready to sign a contract right now. I tell him that I can't commit to anything until the lawsuit is settled, but that if all went well I would purchase from them. He then got upset that I didn't tell him before hand and he wasted his time coming all the way over here. Dude, I don't have to disclose anything to you... I just need an estimate!!! He then wouldn't do the estimate because he said he wasn't getting in the middle of a lawsuit... um, you're not in the lawsuit and I only need a price quote from you! Wow, you're at my house and because I want a written estimate you won't do it?! That's some pretty p*** pour customer service! Rest assured that I will not be replacing my carpet by Tucson Carpet Express!

Since we were not sure what would be the best flooring for the use of the clubhouse we asked for a recommendation. We went with the vinyl plank flooring that was recommended. The new floor looks great and functions perfectly.

I have used Mark for two jobs in the past, a commercial carpet for my condo and an outdoor carpet for a balcony. I was happy with the work and have referred him to several friends with great feedback. I just recently remodeled a kitchen and although it was a very small area I received the same professional attention that I got on the larger jobs. He isn't the cheapest in town, but remember, you get what you pay for...

Great! It cost much less than we thought. It was a big factor in the sale of the property. The carpet was good quality and we felt great about how it changed the look of the property. Mark and his crew worked quickly, efficiently and cleaned up after the job was complete. Mark helped us choose very nice flooring and carpet, discussing colors and materials so we could make a good choice. I was so surprised at what a huge difference it made in the home. I almost wanted to keep it instead of selling.

Excellent service. I had a medical emergency right before the carpeting was to be installed. Mark worked close with a Handyman to move al items off the carpeting and coordinated directly with him as he was also hired to do work. To make it even more complicated, I don’t reside in the city (Tucson) and live several miles away in the city of Glendale, AZ and he did all this during my hospitalization! He was timely and the carpeting looks beautiful. He was very knowledgeable, brought a lot of carpet samples with him, and was punctual and easy to work with. I wish you had an A++++ rating because I would give it to him! There’s a reason that he has been on Angie’s List three years in a row!

Mark and his team are great. His company installed carpet in four offices where I work and has installed carpet in two of my homes. I hope I never have to use any other company.

Very professional. I had two companies stand me up and when I contacted Mark he was able to go out next day and measure and do estimates. His crew was out the next business day to do the work. It was done professionally and quickly. They cleaned up after themselves. Wonderful company!

Perfect install and great advice from Mark on the Carpet selection

I had been stood up by another carpet company and needed my rental home recarpeted asap to get it ready for sale. I called Mark and was able to come out the next day to measure and give me an estimate. The estimate took about half hour for measurements and the work was performed 2 business days later. The carpet was on hand which is always a plus! The team Mark had install my carpet was very professional. They cleaned up after themselves and were very respectful while i was in the home. They even asked if it was ok for them to listen to music while I was there. The carpet looks amazing, the price was just right and nothing but positives for this company. I will definitely call them for any carpeting needs in the future.
