Description of Work: Awesome job! Mike was great to work with. He was flexible with our schedule, got the job done on time and on budget. The house looked so good, we had neighbors asking for his information so they could get their house done by him. I would definitely use him again without hesitation.

Description of Work: Painted home exterior in two colors. Everything was prepared and masked-off well. I'm very happy with the end result and would use this company again.

Description of Work: Painted my downstairs including baseboards using two colors on walls and different on baseboards.

Description of Work: The painter we have used for over 20 years was booked three months out so we decided to get most of my daughter's newly purchased/remodled house painted while it was empty. We fugured we we would use our regular painter when the rest of the remodel was done to paint accent wall, touch up etc. Mike was recommend by our drywall texturer sub who we respect and had done a job with Mike recently. When we called, Mike was very busy but he said he might be able to fit the job in after the texture was done. We met mike at the job site, explained what we wanted to do, that we wanted a specific Dunn Edwards paint. 99 percent oft the painted surfaces had been patched by the drywall texturer, but here and there some small patches needed more prep, I also told mike that I wanted all of the registers and air returns painted separately, not in place, sincs some need to be sanded or chemically cleaned, sprayed then claulked in place, I agreed to take them out, Mike walked the house with me and my daughter and sent an estimate later that day .Mike came back with a quick bid with a reasonable on short notice. The scope omitted the master bath and did not mention the Dunn Edwards paint, but he assured us not to worry. We also talked about him doing the 2 car-gararge while it was empty. Our objective was to get some of teh basic elements done to the parts of the house we were not going to demo - and we only had 30 days to get it all done before she need to occupy the house. In terms of showing up and getting to work within our schedule, Mike gets a A. The reasons I marked down overall were: His prep of the painted surfaces was average to medioce. There were a few old/new patches that fell below indusrtry standard & he should have cleaned those up. He did not want to use Dunn Edwards when it was time to do the painting. He either forgot or just didn't want to pay the extra for the paint we specified. When I check my contractors pricing at DE against the paint he wanted to us ( an inferior level with a lesser brand) it was about a $100 difference, That was when I learned Mike is complainer. The price of the paint, the humidity, how it didin't flow right, it was a bigger job that he thought, blah, blah. I was very active in my develoment work - on site alot and I dealt with my prime and subs all through the job- this wasn't my first rodeo.

Description of Work: They did a complete exterior house painting including powerwashing and caulking.

Description of Work: Micheal painted our guest bedroom and bath. He appeared on time and did a very good time. We are planning on having him come back in a few weeks to do our exterior. We are completely satisfied. Besides being a good worker he is of fine person as well. We'd definitely recommend him. David Blye
