Jason from Trusted Heating & Cooling came out very quickly (same afternoon). I already had two other bids and wanted a third as we were looking to make a decisison within the week. I explained we were intereted in Lennox, the WIFI option, interior air quality, and was thinking about going either-way on the models I had already researched: either as inexpensivle as possible, or all top of the line but we really had yet to make up our minds on wahich way to go. Jason had a very simple pricing guide to show (unlike the others who had to perform quotes on laptops, print them out - then you could not tell what each component was costing). This simple process made us much more comfortable with understanding what we were getting for our money. Trusted Heating & Cooling's sales representitive's professionalsim, their simple pricing descriptions, and then offering the best price - really helped us make our decission to go for the best equipment, sign a simple agreement with them that afternoon, and give Jason a 50% depost. We are VERY happy with Trusted Heating & Cooling's work and the great Lennox equipment!

I called Trusted A/C and Jason came out within a day or two to give me an estimate. When Jason arrived, he was very professional at all times and very knowledgeable on the HVAC systems and water heater. I did have another company coming out to give me my third estimate, so I told Jason I would be contacting him after that to let him know either way. Trusted A/C's estimate was right in the middle of the other two, so I called Jason up and hired Trusted A/C for the job. Jason came back and did the the calculations to ensure they installed the correct size unit for my home. As we were talking about the areas of the house that are hotter than others, he noticed the registers were not the correct kind for A/C. With the correct kind, I can open and close the third set of blades to balance the air throughout the house. The guys came out the following week to install the new HVAC and water heater. The were very professional and courteous the entire time they were here. There was a little problem with the crane needed to remove the old unit from the roof and place the new one on the roof, but that was taken care of and it was here the next morning. Luckily I also have an evaporative cooler, so it didn't bother me not having the A/C. Since they were kind of at a standstill waiting for the crane, they jumped on the water heater. It was so old and full of crud at the bottom it took forever to drain. The old one, which was installed way before I bought the home, was plumbed all wrong. Getting the new unit in was no problem, but it did take they guys a little bit to get the plumbing done correctly. The new water heater and plumbing looks fantastic and will be so much easier to maintain. They also replaced the thermostat and registers in no time. They cleaned up after everything they did. In fact, they had "Grandma" here cleaning up and she practically mopped the entire floor from the water heater to the door. Couldn't ask for more!!!When the crane arrived the next morning, the new unit was up and in-place in no time and the old unit was down and the crane was gone. They were very efficient and the crane driver was excellent at maneuvering the crane into the tight driveway to get access to the roof. They finished up mid day and then Jason came out to do a final inspection before calling the job complete. After we looked over everything, we settled up payment. The system has been in for about three weeks now, and with the registers balanced, I don't have the hot spots I used to. Trusted A/C did an outstanding job and I would recommend them to anyone.

I believe companies should charge a fair and reasonable cost for parts and labor, and not mark them up hundreds of per cent above what they pay. Because people need AC and heating service in Tucson, and cannot easily or comfortably survive without it, many companies will charge excessive prices, just because they can. I should have said no, but because I didn't, I was put in financial stress. I won't go to Angie's List again. Instead, I recommend Pima Council on Aging. They have a list of contractors that don't usually mark up their costs so high. In my case, I asked the people at Naughtons, who recommended Darin to me. I was totally satisfied with Darin's work and was impressed with the time he took to do the job right and make sure I had good parts at reasonable prices.

It could not have been better. They are clean. They are efficient. They are timely. They are very professional. They are very conscientious. They are very safe in the home. It's 3 generations of the same family. I will use them in the future.

We had one small glitch with miss communication. We are sure this has been addressed and will not happen again. This company was fast, friendly and professional.

I would recommend them to anyone. I have on one occasion had a miscommunication with them but the owner handled it right away. I was so happy using them the first time for a repair that I didn't even consider using anyone else for the new unit. So far the quality has been great.

My experience was really good. I actually got their name off of Angie’s List. I called and set an appointment and they came out 2 days later. They were on time, the truck had their name on it and the guy had a uniform on; so he was pretty professional. He checked the system and showed it to me while he was working on it. It was probably done within 45 minutes and he said everything was okay. I haven’t had any issues with the system.

They were reasonable in their quotes and the provided the service that they said they would. It works fine and I will use them again in the future.

Expectional on all regards. They were just great and teamworker.

They were wonderful. The thing is it started out really poorly. He was supposed to be here at 9 in the morning but he didn’t call me to tell me he was running late until about 10:30. He had to order some new wiring so he would come back the next day for that, and once that was installed he told me I needed a new fan or something. I was told he’d be back on Monday but there was no word from him. I called his cell phone and he didn’t answer so then I called the office and I spoke to the owner of the company who was not thrilled about the way I was being treated. The owner fixed it himself, replaced the circuit board, and he didn’t charge me for the parts or his time. My AC was working beautifully after that. You can’t beat that for customer service. Despite the bad experience I had at the beginning, I trust them now. He told me that my air conditioner wasn’t quite up to code so he recommended a new part and they are coming out to do that next week. When I need a new air conditioner, I don’t plan on even getting quotes; I will go straight to them. There were problems but the owner went above and beyond to fix them.

We love the new systems, our bills are lower, and our comfort is better. The job took a little bit longer than initially thought, but all the little problems that crop up in a project like this were overcome. The installers were courteous, respectful of our home and worked diligently to minimize dust and dirt as they moved through the house. We were curious to see how the systems would work when it gets really hot outside, and they perform really well. It seems like we have the flexibility to lower our temperatures if desired, and our utility bills have been reduced by more than 25% in the summer months.

Family and Christian based company that I am thrilled to have found to replace a central A/C and heating system.Andrew Dobbins, one of the owners, came out to give me a very detailed estimate and answered the many questions I had after having completed much research online with Consumer Reports, etc. He is an incredible, young, professional, family and Christian man who is dedicated to providing customers the highest quality product and making sure the customer understands the new energy efficiency units and has a smooth installation process.Dean, Chase, Robert, Jason, and all the people that worked with me were exceptionally respectful and kind !!!!As a military widow and somewhat demanding lady, I do heap piles of praise unless it is truly deserved. I thought their service was excellent. The young man was very thorough and honest and I was very impressed with him and the personal service he provided. He actually turned out to be the owner of the company. I ended up signing a maintenance contract with him.

Accurate & on time (No surprises). In a unregulated business. This company has very high Ethics.

They were very good. They were prompt and seemed to know what they were doing. I will use them again in the future.

Trusted was very quick to give me an estimate, schedule the work and was on time for all appointments, including those contracted out. It was such a great experience.

He answered all my questions and seemed very knowlegeable. After the service was done he tested the temperature of the air coming out of the a/c unit and it was all the way down to 48.5 degrees Farenheit.They are going to come out twice a year to maintain my a/c and furnace units.

Our heater stopped working during the cold spell. They were very prompt, knowledgeable and nice and had the heater going within minutes of arrival. They had to order a part which they installed the next day.

Based on price and some false promises, we had a system from a competing manufacturer partially installed. Upon hearing the blower of the new two-stage unit operate, it was quite clear to my wife and me that the replacement unit was going to be as noisy as the old unit, which was one main reason we were having it replaced. The other reason for replacement was to correct the uneven heating and cooling provided by the old system I immediately had the partially installed new unit removed, and contracted with Trusted to install a new 4-ton Lennox system, which Andrew and Ben promised would be much quieter. Four people worked all day to cleverly enlarge the air return vent, re-floor the equipment room, and install high quality sound-deadening board before actually putting the new Lennox in place. The previous installers had not made these crucial preparations. The result is fantastic! The two-stage blower is much quieter and supplies much more even heat for greater comfort all around. The price was higher than we wanted, but the result is definitely worth it. The extra money spent will soon be forgotten, but the continued comfort, both in summer and winter, will be with us every day for years. The system has been in a month, and we are very pleased.

Great! I called at 8 am this morning and Robert answered promptly. I was able to get a same-day appointment for a check-up of my HVAC system. Jason arrived a little early for the appointment and got right to business. He didn't mind my questions and worked efficiently while answering me and my children's questions. He told me a lot of good news about my system, encouraged my good habits and fleshed out the bad news with information. He responded to my concerns about the age of the equipment with a healthy sense of perspective, which allowed for long-term consideration of changes I can make. I appriciate his professionalisim and pleasant demeanor, as well as his tolerance for the distraction of my children.

I was frustrated because my A/C stopped working on a Friday night in Tucson in the middle of summer. HOT! I called my home warranty people first, but they would not be able to come out to diagnose the problem until Tuesday. I found Trusted Heating and Cooling on Angies list and gave them a call. They quoted me a fair price to come diagnose the problem and hopefully fix the problem. They came out that same Saturday that I called. I was not home at the time, but my boyfriend interacted with the handyman. My boyfriend said the handyman was very helpful and quick in service. I spoke with a manager prior who was going to come out, but did not have a ladder for my 2 story place. He gave me a good estimate of when to expect the serviceman and then the serviceman called when he had finished his last job. Very professional!

Their price was competitive with the people we actually went with. They were very professional and very good, I almost went with them but ended up choosing someone who had more experience working in the area where I live. It wasn't that they were bad, I just found a better proposal.

A/C unit broke down last night, it was just blowing hot air. I could hear the buzzing of the compressor motor trying to start so I figured it was the capacitor (have had this happen before in a different home). It was an old unit however so I was prepared for something worse. Called 4 different companies in the Tucson area and left voicemail for all of them. The 5th, said I would have to pay overtime rates ($193/hr) because they could only come at night. Then they told me they couldn't work on a 2-story home. Nice! Looked up Trusted on Angies, they called me back after about 5 minutes. Very nice and witty lady on the phone. She sent a tech (Ty) and he arrived within 2 hours which was great. He was very professional and quickly found the problem (yes the capacitor). Took him about an hour overall and he was done. Much cheaper than I expected. All in all an excellent experience.

He didn't charge us anything. He was very friendly and prompt. My husband had a good rapport with the guy that came out and he did a good job. We signed up for yearly service with them.
