They were punctual, cleaned up after instillation. Very responsive to questions, very willing to teach the use of the system to the new owners. Quick to return with any questions. Very nice to deal with.

I was unable to use the big deal due to the fine print/details of the service. The company installed my HVAC system originally. They are very professional and polite everytime I speak to them.

Everything was accomplished on time, with experienced, courteous and responsive installation crews. Clean up was exceptionally good. Inevitably, conditions occurred which were not forseen in the original estimate. The necessary work was accomplished immediately and without extra fees. Follow up to check on functioning was thorough. All permits and warranties were filed promptly and a complete set of records were made available Another A rated company submitted a competitive bid. Trusted was quicker, less expensive for more work and more willing to take time for thorough explanations.

I don't recall the exact price I paid for this. It was an Angie's list coupon. We have a six year old split heating & a/c wall unit located in an addition to our house that has never been serviced. The owner and an additional technician arrived on time, inspected our unit, replaced some freon that was lost during the evaluation of the unit. They said it was in good working condition & did not require any additional work at this time. No additional charge was incurred on top of the coupon. I felt that the owner is an honest, knowledgeable and straightforward person, who takes pride in his work & unlike many heating a/c companies is not out to "scam" you into buying additional unnecessary parts. As soon as my current service contract for our other two heating-a/c units expires, I will be switching our regular service to this company!

I had obtained a quote from another company but decided to go with Trusted because their pricing was great and the people are friendly, knowledgeable and professional. On day of the install, the job was done quickly and efficiently. Unfortunately, the installer accidently damaged the inside unit during the final check. He immediately owned up to it, contacted his boss and arrangements were made to come back to totally replace the inside unit with a new one instead of repairing it. I was still able to use the damaged unit in the interim. They were very apologetic. Two days later, they installed the replacement unit. I am very happy with the work they did as well as guiding me through the initial decisions as to the appropriate sized unit for the garage. I can't emphasize how nice it is to have a garage I can actually spend time in.

They did the work as I needed. They were on time and it seemed like a fair price.

Contractor was totally unfamiliar with my Carrier system's unique features. This unfamiliarity caused him to reach some initial incorrect diagnoses. After working though these issues, he did eventually find a leak in the condensing coil. He spent a significant amount of time trouble-shooting the system and did not give up until he found the problem. The coil was under warranty. This contractor said that he could not fix the system under the warranty because the original installer had to perform the work. He did give me a quote for doing the work if I did not want to have the work performed under the warranty. His labor price was significantly higher than the original installers repair labor price. I chose to have the original installer to perform the repair.

We were selling the house and wanted to be sure that the system was operating correctly. We bought on Angie's list a service check for our system. For $129 they would service our system twice during the year and give us/new buyer priority service and a discount on any service required and parts. When they came the service man found that we had a leak and said it would cost $629 plus materials to fix. We were surprised and asked if we got a discount because we bought the service. The service person said it did not apply to the coupon we purchased. He repaired the system and did give us a 10% discount when we asked if their was a senior discount. We paid a little over $800 after the discount for the service and freon. I looked up the coupon we purchased and found that it said we should get a 20% discount on labor and parts. The coupon also said they would replace filters, which they did not. I called the company and was told that the coupon was wrong, but they would give a discount and a check would be sent the next day. I was only able to talk to the secretary and not the owner. When we did not receive a check in a week I called back and was told they had misplaced it and it would go out, but we would only get 20% on the labor not on the freon ($267) as that was material, not a part. It seemed crazy that it was not a part, but they were firm on that. It took another week for the check to arrive. Overall it was not what I would call a pleasant experience and would make me leery of buying coupons on Angie's list.

In the process of replacing wiring, they drilled a hole up through my tile flooring. The hole was drilled approximately 4 inches away from where they should have been drilling, in the first place. They made no attempt to repair the holes, or to bring my flooring back to the state in which they found it. I now have a hole under my trailer and a hole in my kitchen. I fear that this will lead to spiders and insects being able to enter my home. They also never cleaned up the residue that they left. I had purchased a Big Deal with them, but they also charged me an additional $325.00. They have made no attempt to fix the situation or to communicate with me. No one has even followed-up with me to insure that I was satisfied with the work. Update: They did come back and fixed the hole. However, I am flabergasted that this even happened. My issue is that this happened in the first place.

We got off to a rocky start by getting no response to initial call for repair. We were told by the answering service that a technician would get right back to us, but we had to call again an hour later after not hearing from anyone and we knew the later it got (it was close to 8pm by this time) the less likely it would be that someone would come out. After our second call, Ben called us within 5 minutes. He tried to help us with a "bandaid" fix until the morning which turned out not to work so we went through the night with no air conditioning. He told us to call first thing in the morning when the office opened at 8am which we did. Within 5 minutes of our first call in the morning, we received a call from Richard who indicated he would be at our house within 30 minutes and you could have set your watch to that. 30 minutes right on the button. He did inform us right up front what the fee would be which was appreciated and he had the air conditioner problem diagnosed and fixed in 10 minutes and cool air coming through the house in no time. Richard was both professional and personable and very thorough in explaining what he did and why and even gave the origin of the part he used (part was made in the US). We were so pleased with the service we received even though it didn't start out promising that we signed up for bi-annual service with them. We would have no hesitation recommending this company to anyone based on the service we received from Richard.

Service repair person was punctual, thorough and professional. Inspected system and replaced a faulty part, made sure the AC was worked properly before he left and did not oversell any service or part.

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that I purchased for $29.99 for a diagnostics on the heating and A/C but I was charged more because I had repair done. They were good, there had been another company that had given me more information about replacing parts so that the air conditioner could continue to be used. It is old but the other company seemed to be more willing to do the work that it would take to keep the old unit going, and Trusted seemed to want more to just replace the unit. For me, replacing the unit would just be a very difficult thing at this time. He did repair and he was effective at that. I guess he just didn't want to have the whole job, he just would have much rather pop the unit off and get another unit on, it's just easier for them. I'd be more likely to look for somebody else to use in the future.

Couldn't be more pleased. Super impressed with the whole family (emphasis on the word family). Super impressed with everyone's professionalism, attention to detail, from my advisor, Mike, to the installers Dean, Claudio, Bill and of course, Grandma Stella, who was kind enough to sweep my garage! I observed most if not all of the entire installation. Their attention to detail was obvious. I was especially impressed by the redundant safety features in my Lennox unit, in addition to the steps that Dean and Claudio took to ensure the safety and reliability of my unit. My advisor, Mike, was there every step of the way, from my initial consultation to the actual day of installation. He even sat down with me to fill out the rebate form (online), just to better ensure I'll receive the rebate. Everyone was extremely friendly, which made me that much more comfortable asking all the "dumb" questions I could think of. I first discovered Trusted Heating & Cooling through Angie's List, picked them on account of the high rating and I can attest to everyone else's positive comments -- count me as another, extremely pleased customer!

Wow! What a great family business. I called Trusted Heating and Cooling to request help with a faulty AC system. A service tech (Richard) from Trusted showed up within hours and quickly determined that my system was dead (frozen compressor). A salesman (Mike) from Trusted helped us make an informed decision on replacing our AC system and quoted a great price. The crew from Trusted showed up on time with the owner (Ben) leading the way. I could not believe the number of people from this company assigned to install my new system, most of them related to Ben. We even got Grandpa Bill and Grandma Stella along with other family/team members. They were all competent, friendly and courteous professionals. Drop cloths were put down to protect my flooring. Work was completed that day and everything was left cleaner than before they started, (thanks Grandma Stella). Be prepared to get a hug from Grandma Stella. If you want a job done at a fair price by competent, friendly and courteous professionals, chose Trusted Heating and Cooling.

The estimator was on-time and, being an engineer, was very knowledgable. The crew was on-time, highly proficient and focused. The fabricator was exceptional, with tons of experience and a willingness to discuss his designs. They fabricated on-site to match the requirements of each project and left each area cleaner than before. Couldn't have asked for a nicer and more competent work group. Would have them back without hesitation for any project within their scope of expertise.

It was a very good experience. They showed up on time, diagnosed the problems and replaced the old unit with a new unit and it was operational in a very expedient manner. All of the work was performed in a professional and very timely manner. When I have any heating or cooling issues in the future, I won't to call them.

My 15-year old Carrier system had been chugging along just fine, but decided it was time get estimates for a new more energy-efficient system . As part of any upgrade, I wanted to resolve a summer hotspot problem in the southwest rooms and master closet. I had a half dozen firms come out and look over my situation, provide their recommendations and give me estimates. I learned something from each firm. In the end, Trusted Heating & Cooling was the clear choice -- professionals I could have confidence in along with the best price by far on the top-end Lennox unit I wanted. Trusted was the third firm I contacted. My initial call was answered by a friendly member of the office staff. She put me in contact with Jason, one of their Design Specialists. At our first appointment, Jason was prompt, friendly and professional. He made a very positive impression -- knowledgeable and easy going. He was interested in our needs, wasn't pushy, and didn't constantly badmouth other firms. After that meeting, I met with several other HVAC companies to get their ideas and bids. I then selected two finalists. After several e-mail exchanges and meetings, including the chance to meet Ben (the owner), I decided to go with Trusted. Installation occurred a couple days later. The Trusted crew, Dean and David, clearly knew the trade. It was a long day and, as often happens, there were a couple glitches, but they overcame the problems. I was extremely pleased with their work. Bill and Stella, the family elders, were on site providing sheet metal and general support. It was a true team effort that gave me confidence. A permit was pulled and the city inspector will check the job later this week. Jason then closed out the process by promptly handling both product registration and the manufacturer's rebate. Now all I've got to do is wait for those lower electricity bills this summer! As a satisfied customer, I highly recommended Trusted Heating & Cooling to anyone needing HVAC work done.

We did the first of the two included maintenance visits. They were easy to deal with for scheduling, he showed up just a little late, but was very professional, and seemed to really know his stuff. We didn't have any service issues, so I can't report on that aspect.

I can't say enough good things about Ben and his crew. They were extremely polite, friendly, and professional. They are hard workers and did a phenomenal job installing my a/c and ducts. The only thing I would recommend to potential clients is to get a few quotes first before having Trusted give you a quote. They give a discount if you agree to hire them right after their quote so if you have a few quotes first you will be more willing to accept their offer.

They did a really good job and I would highly recommend them. They were extremely professional. They did everything they said they were going to do. It was very high quality work.

Last year, we were had issues with our furnace that several service companies could not figure out. Trusted was the 3rd company to look at it and get it to work. We knew that our furnace was on its last legs, and called Trusted this again this fall. Jason was our sales rep and he did a great job in explaining our different options in a way that was easy for us to understand. We have a child with lung issues and liked the air purification options. We also liked that Jason was the only sales rep who did not bad mouth the other companies even though he knew we were getting other quotes. We got quotes from 3 different companies and really liked two of the companies. We went with Trusted for several reasons. Their price was reasonable. We really liked Jason and felt like he was honest. He took the time to listen to our needs, didn't try to sell us something we didn't need, and came across as a nice guy who also really knew his product. Also, we had a concern the previous year regarding our old furnace and Trusted's owner went above and beyond in providing excellent customer service and that really made an impression. Before work could begin, we discovered that the closet for the furnace had popcorn on all of its walls. Since our home is older, we decided to have abatement done in case it was asbestos. Trusted was willing to work with us in removing the furnace, waiting a week for the abatement to be done, and then coming back to install the new furnace and air conditioning unit. They did not charge us for the extra travel time or inconvenience. The job went well. The guys were courteous, on time, and left the place clean. My husband works from home and needs it quiet since he is on the phone and the guys respected that. Once, they got to the house before I was back from taking our child to school. Trusted saw that my van was not there and waited until I got home before approaching the house since our dog would bark and make things loud for my husband. We have an older home and have had a lot of workers in our home, but we have never had a company be so understanding of our needs. Also, I was home while the work was going on and could overhear the worker's conversations. What I overheard confirmed that they really are nice guys. The furnace we bought came with several rebates. Jason went above and beyond in helping us with the rebate process. At one point, he even called Lennox to make sure we were getting all of the rebates we could. Jason did this on his own without us asking him to which we really appreciated. I have high expectations for workers in my home. I am very pleased with the work that was performed in our home and the outstanding customer service. I don't have any complaints or concerns. I am happy to highly recommend Trusted.

Service Tech Richard did a great job going over the entire AC system. He was very friendly and answered all my questions. Good job.
