Truly Nolen Pest & Termite Control of Tucson, Arizona

They are very responsive if I notice a problem, ie., some pest is showing up. I had a problem with Argentine ants, which are really small,and they responded immediately. It would seem like the treatment worked, then they would return, and each time when I called, the company came right away and would try a new tactic to seal the ants out and kill them. It took a few rounds, but they are now gone completely for about a year. The technician who arrived always came right on time and the company was quite willing to work around my schedule. The person I talk to at the office is always pleasant and willing to help. They notify you by mail when they plan to come for contract service, and if that date requires they come inside, there is time to call and reschedule. Since there are only 4 scheduled visits per year, if you don't have a problem, I think the cost is a little pricey (~$90 per visit), esp if all they do is spray outside. But they come with no additional charge as many times as necessary to take care of any problems that show up, like my ants. That is the up side of the contract cost. I feel very comfortable with the technician who comes out and he is very polite,professional, and knows what he is doing. I am quite comfortable having him inside my home. I would recommend the company.

I was extremely happy with the service Truly Nolen provided. They came out to my house within 20 minutes after I made the initial call to give me an estimate and make an appointment. They explained everything so well, showing me a chart about different types of foundations and which type mine fell into and what needed to be done to treat the termite infestation. When they came to do the treatment, the technicians helped me rearrange furniture and put everything back. They left no dust from drilling into the concrete and they wouldn't let me lift a finger; they did everything themselves. I was very pleased and I would absolutely use Truly Nolen Pest and Termite Control again.

The person who does the work, Chris, is very pleasant. Every time I have talked to the people in the main office they have been very helpful. Any problems are addressed right away. They are happy to come out extra times if we need them for anything. They even came out and helped treat the house when we had a problem with scorpions in the house. I would recommend them to others.

The price was high. Their customer service is good.

We have been using them for the past 5 years. Its usually the same guy, except when they change them, like if some guy quit, I like it when they have the same guy servicing me all the time, he knows what to do, and what we like. I have a quarterly contract with them, and I think the price is worth it. If we get bugs when they are not here, and then they come right out, spray again.

They are very punctual. The representatives are always knowledgeable. The overall experience is good. I have a contract with them and I will continue using their services.

We have used them for 12 yrs and are very satisfied with their service. We pay a yearly fee. They come out and inspect annually and any time during the year if we call them.

I used them for pest control and general care. They come once a month for regular service. I pay $30 a month. The guy that comes out always calls a couple of days before and he will send a post card, otherwise it would be non-considering that someone walking around my house and I didn’t know they were expected. He never fails to call. I don’t have a problem with pests. I am satisfied with the price aspect, but I have never looked or compared the cost with anybody else.

Have had a contract with Truly Nolan for six years now which includes quarterly visits. You can access the list of services they provide on each visit at their website (too numerous to list here). I have always been impressed with the service and the staff. They are not the "cheapest" game in town, but they do the job, and in my opinion, do it very well. I've always been impressed with the customer service and excellent work ethic. They are professional, friendly, know all there is about creepy-crawlers, and overall, I'd highly recommend them to everyone.

We love our guy. Every year we call up and tell how much we love him and not to fire that man as we don’t want to change. We have had few different ones and they all are excellent. We have dealt with them for years and years.

Everything is fine...all work done well and we have no problems.Termites are a given out here and this house has had them before we bought it and while we were first here so now I have it checked and we have no problems at all. Is Truly Nolen higher than some others...yes,but I feel their work is excellant and they have always respnded to phone calls for my questions quickly.

They are quite prompt and come when they are called. They are not xpensive.

We have been using them for a year. They come once every three months. They are very reliable and if we have any bugs or anything they will come back the next day and check it out and fix the problem. We would continue to use them in the future; in fact, they will be coming this Monday.

I would put them in the middle of the road. They schedule it every quarter without asking me. I am okay with that, but it would be better if they wouldn’t schedule it at their own time. I think that they should call me to schedule at my time.

The company is professional, efficient, and very reliable. They did what they said they would do. My only concern is the price is high. Assuming you get what you pay for, there service is good. But if you can't afford it, it won't work for you.

We had a terrible brown dog tick problem. Truly Nolen used a systematic approach starting with weekly visits and treating inside and out with a range of chemicals. It was clear from the beginning that Steve (the technician) knows what he is doing and he tailored his work to our schedule and the problem at hand. After several trips over a few months, the problem has been all but eliminated. We are now on a quarterly plus as-needed treatment schedule.

They were very honest on what they charge. I decided I didn't really need the insect control and I didn't want to spend the money. I decided I could kill ants. There was nothing against the company. They would have been going around everything including the water pipes and killing everything that was possible. They are very big in this area. Their gimmick is that they have old-fashioned cars with their name on the side of them and they will park them in the parking lot at some store. You can go a quarter of a mile all around Tucson and you will see anywhere from a 1930's car up to a 1960's car with the words Truly Nolen. That is also the man's name and he is kind of locally famous. He has a good reputation. The guy seemed very honest about what it would and would not do and how long it would last. I had no complaints.

They were very professional and explained what the problem was and how to solve it. The guy who did the treatment was efficient and thorough. The guarantee included come-back visits if necessary. When I came home from vacation, there were ants in my kitchen. I called them and they came out right away and found the source of the problem and took care of it. There was no charge for that visit.

Paul arrived on scene and within one week he eliminated and cleaned up 14 nests. He returns every three months to see if there are any new nests. His last visit he didn't find any. He's done an excellent job for us.

I called for an appointment for an inspection and they were able to send someone out 2 days later (my request). She came at the appointed time and did a thorough inspection at no charge. No trace of termites and she didn't try to sell me anything, which is really appreciated.
