Very bad ,They broke water pipe under house and didnt tell me They acted like it was already broke , I asked if they could fix it and I paid them $40 to cap it off ,They later admitted to there Supervisor they broke it AND I GAVE THEM $40 TO FIX IT , Plus I had to call a plumber to fix the pipe they broke They also ran out of Chemical to do the Job , They were not prepared , I lost total trust in truly Nolen , They lied about braking water pipe , They also over charged me , Manager admitted Truly Nolen is not the cheapest That was a direct quote from the Manager , After talking to some neighbors how much they paid to have Exterminating done on their home They Paid about half of what I paid , I paid $1,325 , I lost all confidence in Truly Nolen I dont belive they did a professional job , They did not do what I was told they would do when I paid and signed the contract , I really feel I have to hire another Exterminator to inspect the job they done , I was there all the time they were working and I did not see them Put Chemical in all the holes they drilled , So I now question what did they did under the house , I want my money returned to me, or next step is Small Clames Court

They have been my pest control service for over 15 years. Very responsive and effective. I have added weed control. That has also been very good

I subscribe to a monthly service. They do monthly pest control and spray around the house for bug control. Once a month they come out and spray the foundation and deal with issues I point out.

Normally, if they had to rip the roof or anything like that, they charge $900, but the cost was $200 because it was small.

This provider is pretty good but we occasionally see scorpions still in the home. They are punctual and polite and I will continue to use this provider in the future.

The young man who came to our house, Jeremy, was extremely polite, professional and knowledgeable. However, the PRICE was pure insanity! Our house has almost no trouble areas, has been kept under contract and properly maintained since the day it was built in 1987, so this price of $4400, with the option of adding $575 to "keep it in warranty for another year" was outrageous! We've had other quotes by A-rated Angies List providers in the $400-$900 range, which is what we expected with Truly Nolen as well. They must figure that since we've only lived in AZ for a year that we were completely gullible regarding desert pests. I cannot recommend this provider.

They are very thorough and at the same time are very conscious of environmental issues and of not contributing to them. The staff is trained in the importance of 'pests' to the environment and the need to only remove them from where they impinge on me -- otherwise they are not pests but part of the biome. This is a very good company - maybe not the cheapest but the safest for my pets and my health.

Person came out and sprayed the outdoors. Came in the house and put boxes under the bathroom and kitchen sinks. Also put a trap under kitchen sink and also in the master bedroom. Did not put any in two guest bathrooms. I guess the bugs know not to go there. Received a call from a supervisor who said he wanted to stop by since he takes care of scheduling inspections. Set meeting for 3 pm. After 40 minutes of no-show I called and he said Oh yea something came up. Called customer service because 1. Did not receive discount 2. Thought it was unprofessional for someone to schedule an appointment and not show up or call. 3. Wondered why only some rooms received traps and not others. Spoke to a supervisor who stated that I would get my refund. Still haven't its been a week. Apologized for the missed appointment. I cancelled the service

Company was responsive in order to get my business, but feel they are way overpriced now that I see how much others charge and what this expense covered for only one year? Feel they are ridiculously expensive and a rip-off. When I called to ask if they could do any better on the $471 annual renewal, since I'd spent $3,145 with them already, she just said - 'so you don't want to renew then' and there was no real care whether I renewed or not. This is my fault for not doing more price & quality shopping.

Fantastic. Don is professional, kind, explains everything thoroughly but without patronizing. I hate spiders and it would be easy to "talk down" to me if you're used to them, but he doesn't. Additionally, he's deeply educated about Arizona flora and fauna and can help point out which bugs just *look* scary and which ones we actually need to avoid and/or terminate. Prompt, professional, thorough service.

Our Truly Nolan technician, Steve Hall, is really a professional. Arrived on time, worked quickly, and gave us full instruction for the next visit in 2 weeks. He gave us answers to all the questions we asked. He was patient, VERY informative, and extremely courteous.

I hired them about June in 2010 for $90 per quarter. I only occasionally go into the back yard, but wanted it to be pest free whenever I did, having only occasional use for the hot tub there. After finding small red ants in the front yard in Sept or so I called them and they came out after several days and doctored the front lawn. I later went in the back yard and found more of them and called Nolen again. Again with a day or two wait. Note that I had told them I wanted to enjoy my yard whenever I went out there! They had only spot-treated my yard and did not look around for other areas where the ants might be, nor for any other critters. They also said to call them if I noticed anything amiss. It turns out that they did no regular treatments to my yard, despite being on contract to keep my yard pest-free. After finding huge spiders, including a Black Widow in April 2011 in my front yard, it became very apparent that they were not treating my yard at all, front or back, to keep it pest free. In fact, it appears that they only come when called, not quarterly or periodically as expected. When I got a renewal bill (upping the price to $100 per quarter) I decided that since they were not regularly inspecting my yard and treating it, that they were not meeting my expectations, so I called the office and told tthem in no uncertain terms that they were fired. I did pay that first $100 bill, however, giving them the benefit of the doubt (! what a sucker I was to presume that they were an ethical company!). However, they continued to bill me after I fired them! Their billing system is totally divorced from the workers, who apparently like to stay home, but the billing goes on and on. They totally ignored me when I fired them! They turned the second bill for $100 over to a collection agency, and stated that I can reinstate their service (!!??) if I pay the second bill for $100!! Like NEVER!. Do not hire these jerks because they do not do the work, refuse to acknowledge being fired, and bill for work they did not do. Note that the above dates are approximate except for firing them when I got the first $100 bill.

The Bs and Cs above have to do with lack of promptness in getting back to me and then changing the appointment time without teling me. After that the service was top notch.

Andy does a great job. He understands my concerns about any materials coming into my home as we have pets and a baby. He wears shoe covers, which I really appreciate and always comes when he says he will. If he's running late or early, he checks in with me. Most work is done on the outside so I don't have to be home. He's been on top of our pack rats, which is very important too.

They are very professional and easy to work with. They are very understanding when it comes to financing. I have been using them for about three years.

I am very happy with them. I have a yearly contract with them for termites. They are very reliable. Their knowledge about dry wood termite control in this area is excellent. They come out annually for an inspection of any termite evidence. If they find evidence they will treat it right away. Then, if you notice any evidence throughout the year they will come back out for additional treatment.

They have been very good. We have Chris come out and do the work. The spray works well. If they need to use a stronger spray, they will tell you that upfront and come out and do what is necessary. They are very responsive to your calls.

They show up when they say they will and I have had no pest issues since my move-in date, which they resolved immediately upon being hired. Class act.
