Description of Work: I live in a desert area and it is pack rat territory. We have been battling them for 40 years. I decided to get help so I called Truly Nolen. In the end I was satisfied, but they did not communicate with me very well. The initial fee was for identifying and removing pack rat nests and traping and removing redident rats. They did remove a lot of material and rats. Routine followup costs extra. I did not and do not expect no packrats ever. I hope I so not have to go back to trapping them myself! So far so good. |

Description of Work: They came for an inspection because my new-home 5 year warranty was about to expire. Jason was very professional and knowledgeable. Their pricing seems high. I didn't have work done... didn't need it. Only found crickets. Prices quoted were high but inspection seemed thorough.
