Terribly expensive. Their advertising is good, but that is about the only thing. After I said I would not continue with their service (did so in writing in an email), they still sent someone over and then tried to bill. I consider that trespassing

If I have to keep calling them back maybe I would not use them again. They came out really quick in order to seal some entrances of mice getting into the attic.

I had some rodents that kept staying in the attic. I wanted to figure out where they're coming from.

They had provided inspection and treatment for termites when property was purchased a year ago. We have had no further incidents since. We signed up for another year service just in case termites return.

Truly Nolen provides a quarterly pest control service that includes careful maintenance of the all important scorpion elimination. We were extremely happy with their service and professionalism and had no scorpion problems at all the entire time we lived there.

Excellent. They came out gave me a quote and then performed their services. They were very straight forward and I was pleased. They are very professional. Although it was not cheep it was half of what another company had quoted me.

Brian, the Certified Inspector, was professional and friendly, gave thorough explanation of what the termite treatment involved, and the price. He also explained the pest control services available. I had already received two estimates from other companies; Truly Nolen's estimate was about $100 more than the lowest bid, and $500 less than the highest. The treatments described by the 3 companies were all different, and Truly Nolen's seemed to make the most sense to me - thorough but not overdone; that was the reason I chose Truly, not price.

They presented their program and the cost which was way too expensive, so we used another Angies List provider

I have had quarterly service with Truly Nolen for quite a few years. Desert living comes with crawling, stinging insects, but with Truly Nolen my home is better protected. The technician sprays outside the house and inside the garage, and places glue boards (they fold up and look like little white boxes) near doors and behind furniture. Anything that gets in through cracks around doors and windows is pretty much captured on glue boards, which are non-toxic and safe around children and pets. He also dusts off cobwebs around the windows and any other areas they appear, inside or out. I have the same technician every time, so he knows what needs to be done and is very thorough. All Truly Nolen employees are courteous, professional, and friendly. I'm very happy with this company!

Kris the serviceman who comes out quarterly for the regular pest control is great. I'm really not needy but I found like it. He does move things for me and they just go out of their way to be helpful. I'm 68 years old but I'm very healthy and strong.

Robert arrived on time, was highly professional and answered all my questions. He had a map of the areas to be treated (I have a very large lot) and completed the work in a timely manner. He didn't know I could observe him, but I was able to see that he did a very thorough job and took care to cover all the areas I'd asked to have treated when I set up the job with the manager earlier this week. I've used them for pest control for several years and couldn't be more pleased with the work this company does. I highly recommend them!

They were just one of the ones that have been here. They are one of the top ones here in Tucson 15 years ago and they still are. They are thorough and they do a good job. If I have a problem in between the services, they would come out and take care of it at no charge.

I have been completely satisfied with the services and will continue to use their services.

My wife and I had noticed increased termite tunnel activity around our house. It had been 12 years since we'd had a major termite treatment, so we knew it was time. After doing some online research, I selected Truly Nolen primarily based on co-worker recommendations. The inspector replied promptly to my email inquiry, and set up an inspection appointment for the following day. He arrived right on time and my wife said he spent over two hours inspecting every inch of the inside and outside of the house. He prepared a detailed estimate that included a high end option with an insurance policy and the lower end with just a treatment and recommended yearly inspections. Since he found no evidence of termites inside the house, he recommended the lower end option. The treatment guy showed up right on time the following Monday and did what appeared to be a very thorough job, exactly what had been estimated. The inspector showed up during the treatment and spent a lot of time evaluating the treatment and answering all our questions. Overall a very good experience. There are cheaper services out there, but the combination of good recommendations from others plus their office being close to our house made the difference.

They do a great job. They check for termites. We have used them for years. They are very dependable and informative. They show up when they’re supposed to. I have no complaints. I would highly recommend them.

They are great. They come out on time. They will give you a window of time and they come within that time. They have never been more than 10 minutes late, which I think is amazing. I do not see a lot of insects in the house now. Also, they are very polite. They have suggested things to be done on certain things, which is awesome. They are not cheap, but they are in my neighborhood. I think it is reasonable for what I get. So far, they are fine. They also told me how to look for tracks. They are helping me to be vigilant. They are really good. I think my neighbors use them as well. I follow them around the house while they do the work. George, the older guy, likes to be chatty. A different guy comes out to do the termite treatment I guess. I will continue to use their services in the future.

They came in when we had a little bit of infestation and they went through the whole house. Then we went on an annual service plan so anytime anything shows up they come by and do it for free. I will continue to use this company. They will come out and do an annual checkup for free if you are on a service plan.

I HAVE ALWAYS BEEN VERY PLEASED WITH THEIR INSPECTIONS OF MY HOUSE. EVERY TIME THAT I SEE THEM OR TALK TO THEM THEY ARE VERY PROFESSIONAL. I THINK THAT THEY ARE A VERY CUSTOMER FRIENDLY COMPANY.

THEY ARE ALWAYS THERE ON TIME AND THEY DO A GOOD JOB. THE MEN ARE NICE ENOUGH BUT I DON'T REALLY SPEND MUCH TIME TALKING TO THEM. THEY JUST COME OUT, SPRAY THE YARD, AND LEAVE.
