Great work!

Top Tier Painting & Drywall did a very nice job painting the exterior of my home as well as interior/exterior drywall repair work (carport ceiling and living room wall damaged by a prior roof leak). Before work started, they were patient and flexible in waiting for the HOA approval that was needed in advance of the proposed paint job, which involved a partial exterior color change. The crew worked efficiently to ensure the work was completed to my satisfaction. They also did a great job cleaning up and moving furniture and other items back into place after the work was completed. Neighbors who have seen the work done on my house are interested in hiring Top Tier as well.

I had two separate projects performed by TTP&D. When the job was done, I was very impressed with the work. I was more impressed with the professional, kind, and patient demeanor of the TTP&D team and TTP&D leadership. As a first time home-buyer, TTP&D could have taken advantage of my lack of knowledge, but the team took the time to explain why their work was superior to other companies. They provided very very fair pricing, and were willing to work around my hectic schedule

We just had our house repainted by Top Tier. I was nervous about doing brand new colors, but they did a great job getting full coverage! Reasonably priced and they got us on the schedule quickly. I went from being embarrassed about our house’s exterior look to feeling proud. Their team were super accommodating of our schedule/garage usage and were kind and professional. They even texted us throughout the process to make sure we were happy with how it was going and about the service we were receiving. They were receptive to my feedback/requests for small touch up areas when we did the walk through. Would hire again!

Went very well. Crew was on time and polite. Only one criticism. Not all outdoor furniture were not put back in the original place. Not much of an issue. Recommend crew announces its arrival and when leaving.

Absolutely amazing all around. The work that they did was phenomenal and great. Their communication was incredible. Fernando painted our entire house and repaired fascia boards, the paint lines are crisp and good, you can tell they really care about the quality of their work. My wife and I would non stop blow up their phones and every time Nataly was super polite and helpful, always telling us what’s going on and where they’re at in the job. 10/10 recommend.
