TOP KITCHEN AND BATH

The whole process took 8 weeks, much longer than we anticipated. The countertops look great, and the installation itself went smoothly. However, we had to "baby sit" them through the entire process. When our countertops had to be leveled and reinforced, the worker almost used a reinforcing board which would have completely blocked access to the storage under our sinks/countertops. They also did not measure a backsplash in one bathroom correctly, which caused yet another delay in the final installation. The actual installers and sales representative were friendly and professional. The subcontractors had to be monitored and complained when we told them NOT to proceed with blocking off our storage under our sinks. The installer also complained about the work the subcontractor did and had to make some on-the-fly corrections.

THE QUALITY OF WORK THIS COMPANY DID IS OUTSTANDING. I LOVE MY NEW COUNTERTOPS AND WE HAVE NOT HAD ANY PROBLEMS WITH THEM AT ALL. I THOUGHT THAT THIS COMPANY WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL AND THEY WERE VERY NICE TO US.

THE GUYS FROM TOP KITCHEN AND BATH GAVE ME A LITTLE TROUBLE AT FIRST. THEY DIDN'T' EVEN FASTEN ONE OF THE COUNTERS ON ALL THE WAY, AND THE JOB DIDN'T LOOK GOOD. THEY SENT SOMEONE RIGHT OVER AND FIXED IT RIGHT UP FOR FREE.

I THINK THIS COMPANY WAS VERY GOOD AT WHAT THEY DO. THE COUNTERS THEY INSTALL LOOK AMAZING AND WE HAVE NOT HAD ANY PROBLEMS WITH THEM. THEY WERE ALSO VERY PROFESSIONAL THE WHOLE TIME THEY WERE HERE.

THEIR SERVICE IS EXCELLENT! THEY WERE ON TIME AND WORKED WITH OUR SCHEDULE TO FIND THE BEST TIME THAT THEY COULD COME TO DO THE JOB. THE NEW COUNTERS ARE FANTASTIC.
