They were very prompt and easy to deal with. The billing was all easy. The tree itself was beyond my ability to get up and take care of it. They did an excellent job and were very responsive. Within about a week they were out here ready to work. After they did the work I asked how often it had to be treated and they said 6 months so I ended up signing up for a contract with them.

I'd gotten four quotes to have this work done, and two of them were more than ~double~ what I paid TLC to do the work. I was really pleased, as I'm currently on a tight budget, and it's not cheap to have a huge eucalyptus trimmed! The work was completed eight days after I returned the signed estimate/description of work, and they were very responsive via email about scheduling, etc. The crew arrived right on time, and they did a fantastic job trimming and cleaning up my yard and my neighbor's yard (my yard looked much better after they left than it did before they arrived!) The tree looks great, and now I don't have to worry every time a storm comes through that I'll end up with a damaged roof. I plan to have them do all of my future tree work, and I will recommend them highly to anyone who needs any tree service. Thank you very much TLC :)

TLC Environmental Services was the quickest to come out for an estimate. Out of 5 estimates we got, they were tied for cheapest, but after their website discount & Angie's List discount they were lower than any of the other companies. They were also able to get the work done sooner than the other companies that were close to the same price. They provided copies of their insurance & workman's comp policies on request & the workers were very nice. Would definitely recommend them/use them again.

Sent out someone to provide an estimate promptly after my initial call. Had the best price of the three I contacted and scheduled the work to be done sooner than I was expecting. They came a little early to perform the work; were efficient and cleaned up all debris afterwards. Would call them for future work.

We were very pleased with their work. Price was significantly lower than one competitor, but a little higher than another. We chose them for their down-to-earth professionalism and family-run business attitude. David is a certified arborist -- having your trees trimmed can be sort of scary --we didn't want them butchered and he and his crew met our expectations for aesthetics, efficiency and care. They were good about removing the huge pile of trimmed branches and dead trees they cut down. We made an appointment for them to return in October to apply insecticide to a mesquite infested with a wood borer, and we'll call them again next year if we need routine maintenance. TLC was not "just another business," but real people you get a good feeling about. They delivered on their promises.

After contacting the company they responded promptly and punctually to visit and give a cost estimate. I was pleased with the knowledge of tree care that the estimator showed in our discussion of the work to be done. I decided to employ their services and the appointment to do the work was made without a long delay . The two trimmers arrived on time, did an excellent job of trimming and charged exactly what they estimated. The clean up was excellent it is hard to see any evidence of the large number of branches that were removed and there was no damage to anything else in the yard.

They are very knowledgeable, ethical and offered a great price.
