 + -1 moreZachary came over to estimate the shower rebuild from improper build. I inquired about in house financing and was told by Zachary "He will check.". Received an email from Zachary,"no we do not offer in-house financing". The question he asked, "Will this impact them being hired."I did not answer since there was no quote in his email, so how could I evaluate the cost. Not receiving a quote in 4 days or any response. I sent another email as there have been changes to the shower rebuild as more issues discovered from water leak during demo. To include, sewer and structural issues. I requested them to return and provide an updated estimate with changes (since they never sent the first). I have not heard anything from them after requesting them to return and re-evaluate. Or any reply to my first estimate. Horrible... have no shower and disabled veteran. Way to go.. Way to go..

Description of Work: Titan was contracted to restore approximately 90% of my 1,999 square foot home after it had been flooded. The supervisor and manager initially assigned to the project were unprofessional and argumentative when discussing the project. Damages (refrigerator food lost due to workers unplugging it and damage to my garbage disposal) had to be argued with the initial manager for reimbursement. Another supervisor was assigned who was much more professional; this is the reason the ratings of "D" are not worse. Errors by their workers extended the completion of the restoration as well as the laminate flooring that was installed three times due to incorrect and sloppy installation the first two times. I had to argue my case with the owner after the first two installations to finally have it correctly installed the third time, four months from the first time, which was very inconvenient and stressful. After the second installation Titan had me sign a release of responsibility and attempted to hold me to that; however, I reminded them they had a two-year warranty on their work. | |The company came through only after some payment was withheld. It now appears to be satisfactory, 6 months after they began the project.

They had the same two guys do all the work. They were not professionals in everything they did. They were not experts at tile laying. They did not send the craft’s people that I was being charged for. If you are going to have a handy man do the work, do not charge professional rates. I was not at all pleased with how it was handled. I will never use them again.
