Wow! I am so impressed with Tile Pros. Sean and his team removed all the furniture, placed the tile on the diagonal to match the tile in the rest of our house, and when everything was done, they put all the furniture back and made sure TV's were working and that everything was to our liking. The floors look absolutely fantastic - as if they've been there forever and not like a recent addition. We couldn't be happier with the work or with the professionalism. Highly recommend.

Our jobs went smoothly. We had a medium size flooring job and a small installation of a Talavera tile backsplash, so they were able to fit us in between bigger jobs. Once they started they came every day until they completed the jobs. The owners were very responsive and all of the on site workmen were pleasant and reliable. They graciously fixed a couple minor issues that required them to return to the job. I highly recommend Tile Pros.

We had a wonderful experience with Tile Pros. From the initial contact with Sean, to the finished product, compliments of the workmanship and professionalism of Chris, Anthony (and Mike, today), we are extremely pleased with the outcome of our project and would not hesitate to use Tile Pros again for future projects. After being "burned" by an unscrupulous contractor in the past, it is refreshing to deal with a company with integrity and a work ethic.

This is the third time we hired tile pros (once per room above). They did fantastic work each and every time. They removed the old tile and dry wall. They were very careful and clean putting up visqueen plastic sheeting to keep the dust to a minimum during the tile removal and placed heavy duty tarps over the carpet from the door into all the rooms they entered.

Excellent work! Very professional and prompt. We requested an estimate and received it in a very timely manner. The work was started and completed in 2 days (we removed the furniture, carpet, and wood baseboards ourselves). The amount of tile necessary to complete the job was over-estimated. We had quite bit left over!!

Fantastic company to work with. E-mailed me on a Sunday night (a few hours after I received their info from Angie's List) and then called me the next day. We scheduled a walk through where Sean took all the measurements and we talked about what we wanted done. He called the next day with an estimate and we hired him. We set up a time about a week and a half later and the job was done 36 hours after it was started. Sean and his crew used plastic sheeting over the doorways during the removal of the old tile, no dust was found in the house after they finished the removal. They also used the plastic sheeting to cover the carpet areas around the doors leading into the laundry room and bathroom. The project took a day and a half to complete. Tile Pros left the house exactly the same as they found it. Will use Tile Pros again for our upcoming Master Bath remodel in the near future and would recommend to anyone looking for a quality company for a reasonable price.

Tile Pros was one of 4 recommended by the store where we purchased our tile. As soon as I called, the owner answered the phone, and said within 5 minutes, Sean, the estimator would call me back as he was on the road. He did, came out the next day, and the rest is history. The intall and prep was done by a very careful work crew. These young men worked very hard to make sure everything was just right. They were very polite as well, and very neat. The job came out terrific, we could not be happier, and would highly recommend Tile Pros .

We could not be happier with Sean and his team of installers. Our kitchen is a completely irregular quadrilateral. It includes bizarre angles, difficult appliances to move, curved cuts around our carpet, and awkward cuts to be made on new tiles. The layout (blue-lining) turned out to be perfect. The sight lines of the installed tiles look inevitable and obvious and beautiful once viewed. Sean's crew was always punctual, polite, and professional. I would occasionally walk down the hall listening to them, and what I heard was heartening. They talked about quality and not finishing quickly; they talked about the pride they had in their work. And it shows. Our kitchen floor is so damned beautiful we don't even want to walk on it. The only minor note is that Sean's estimate came in $200 short of the final cost. We don't care. We would recommend this company to anyone.

Remodeling a master bathroom myself, and near the end I wanted some help, decided to have a contractor do all the tile. Several neighbors said these guys were great, and online reviews too. I was not disappointed. They worked with me on what I could do myself (prep work), picked up the tile, did all the work and cleaned up well. The quality is just top notch, with perfect alignment, straight grout and real attention to the details. They really handled imperfections in the walls/floor. If you are doing a real master bath or "showpiece" area of tile, use these guys. If you are just doing simple spare-bathroom quick and cheap work (like on a rental), you can find others who will do an passable job for less money.

We removed all the old flooring before Tile Pros started. They picked up tile from the big box and laid out the entire first floor. However, the tile was wrong due to error from big box. Gary and his team fixed everything and got the correct tile - and relaid everything since the size was slightly different. No issues what-so-ever and the floors look great. We will definitely use them again for a shower project.

Tile Pro came over and estimated the cost of the job. Once we selected them, they set an estimated date for the installation. The estimated date was accurate. They picked up and purchased the tile we had selected. They removed old linoleum and installed the new porcelain tile on our kitchen floor. They did a professional job and I would recommend them without hesitation. They arrived when they said they would, they completed the job faster than they estimated. They cleaned up really well. They did a beautiful job on the installation. They also did some small grout repairs in our bathroom and living room. I would definitely hire this company again.

Sean and Ben installed a kitchen backsplash that turned out beautiful. Both are experts in their craft and are very professional and courteous. I look forward to hiring Tile Pros again for future projects.

I had ambitions of installing a mosaic tile backsplash on my own over a long weekend, which I quickly realized was a mistake - I knew that if even so much as a single tile was crooked that it would always gnaw at me. So, after damaging a few tiles with a wet saw and failing at an attempt to mount a single mesh panel, I aborted the project and went to Angie's list, hat-in-hand. Gary contacted me within minutes of me contacting Tile Pros. We set up a time for him to do an estimate later that week. By midweek the next week, the work was done. Gary accommodated our very tight schedule and was able to pull his son and an assistant from another job to complete our project. The end result was fantastic - my wife and I could not be happier with the quality of the work done, the responsiveness and professionalism of the company, and the very reasonable price compared to what other contractors had estimated. Will certainly call Tile Pros first for any future larger projects!

Incredible job. Gary had to locate tile that matched the original tile that was laid 10 years ago. He also had to match the old grout. The guys cleaned up after themselves. We are so happy with their work. We found them through Angie's list.

It went very well. My floors had cracks and some humps plus not all the walls are straight. Everything turned out beautifully including the backsplash for my countertop. All old flooring was hauled away and everything cleaned up as the work was done.

Tile Pros did an excellent job on the tile installation in our living room, family room, dining room, and hallway. Gary Privette was on time to our initial meeting to provide a quote for the job. He was friendly and professional and I knew immediately that his company was the one for us. His quote was very competitive with the others and just a tad lower. Gary's son; Sean, did all of the installation of the tile along with one other employee. They were extremely accommodating during the installation and always made sure that I had a pathway to get from one room to the next. I have two dogs and they were great with the dogs and they made it very easy for me to go from one room to the next with the dogs also. Sean was out of my house everyday by 3:30; which allowed us to have our quiet family time together in the evening. The finished product looks GREAT! We are so happy that we chose TilePros and we would highly recommend them to others.

We had them tile two bedrooms and one common room, after they did the rest of the house 8 years ago or so (we left those areas carpeted when our children were small). Since we didn't have enough of the original tile left, we chose a complementary tile for the "new" rooms, and they used some of each to create a transition between them. Just like last time, they did an outstanding job. The transitions look great, the cuts are excellent. They do some very precise cuts to line up with the molding, etc. The crew was great to deal with - very professional, let us know what to expect, and moved furniture as needed. They also kept the mess to a minimum, and cleaned up everything afterwards. The job was completely quickly and smoothly. Total was about $3700 including the tile; labor charge definitely seemed fair. They needed to use a lot of Redguard due to the number of cracks in the concrete; this was very clearly itemized on the bill (and discussed with us before they did the work).

Sean did a beautiful job tiling my shower/tub. Tiling is an art and a talent that not everyone possesses which always makes finding someone for the job a little nerve wracking. They also did the work for an extremely fair price. I couldn't have asked for anything more. I highly recommend them.
