Description of Work: Set a 10'10' pad in the .middle of a lawn for a porch swing and a few little outdoor tables . Rebuilt and old dilapidated wheelbarrow that belonged to the customers . It required complete disassembly as the wooden handles were weathered considerably . I also replaced all the nuts and bolts with new ones as they were all badly rusted . I sanded all the wooden pieces down , applied linseed oil to all of the wooden parts , then sanded the metal parts ,and then painted all the wooden as well ass all the metal before finally putting it all back together . A sturdy old wheelbarrow brought back to life for another 20 years . I also brought sand in and leveled the dips in their lawn and reseeded parts of the lawn in the areas where I had filled in with sand . I also repaired cracks that had formed in a walkway and in the wall that surrounded the property. And lastly, I fixed a big swinging gate that opened into the yard from the street and then into the car port .
