The Yard

It was done very well.

The Yard was booked for 2 weeks out when I called for service. But in exactly 2 weeks, I received a call that they had an opening. Although I was not at home, they knew exactly what I wanted done and did so. When I came home from work, my yard was clean and look awesome. I would highly recommend Th Yard for any work you need done. In fact there is other work that I plan on having them do, remove bushes, palm tree, prune bushes and palm trees, etc.

Excellent work and cleaned up before leaving. Overgrown trees trimmed way back making house visible. Manicured bushes and removed small tree in backyard. Entire job took approximately 4-5 hours. Owner is extremely professional and attentive to your needs. Very happy with the entire process and work performed.

Perfect! Val is an excellent individual with a great personality . He works extremely hard and makes sure all details are addressed. He always asked me if there was anything more I needed done. Very reliable. We used Val's service for two years and if we were not moving away he would be working for us for a much longer time. I HIGHLY recommend THE YARD!!!!

HE DID AN FANTASTIC JOB AND HE HAS EVERYTIME HE HAS COME OUT EVERTIME AFTER THAT FOR THE LAST 4 YEARS. I THINK HE DESERVES ONE OF YOU HIGH SERVICE AWARDS. It went well. He was knowledgeable of the type of rock needed. Very handy and skilled with the tools of trimming trees. My trees are shaped in a décor type fashion, and he did an excellent job with them keeping the precision of perfection.

Val was very easy to work with in regards to scheduling, had a really reasonable price for our initial yard clean up (which included tree removal) and has maintained a very reasonable price for our continued monthly yard service. He always sends a quick text to remind us of his scheduled service day and does a fantastic job keeping our yard looking great! (Even our HOA can't complain! Can't beat that!) Thanks Val, for all the hard work!

I've tried a couple of different yard companies, but Vhal gives a good deal and is good. Nice guy. On his last visit, he forgot something we talked about, but came right back out and took care of it.

It went very well. We use Val for projects as needed and monthly maintenance. He does a great job with trees. His prices are very reasonable and the work is quality work. He is very straight forward and transparent, no drama or up-selling like you see with other larger companies. We would absolutely refer him to others.

Vhal is very professional. He calls the day before he arrives. He has been working for me for almost 2 years. He does a very good job. I'm happy with his service. When he has the time he does other small projects for me, a very nice thing to do. He is honest and trustworthy.

I have had Vhal maintaining my yard for a couple of years now and am very pleased. He calls ahead and is always there when promised. My larger bushes and trees have to be trimmed to meet HOA requirements and he makes sure I am always in compliance. Once all the work is done, he cleans up thoroughly.

Our house is currently listed for sale, and we are out of town. Vhal coordinated the estimate, and services remotely for us, which scared me a little. However, he did a great job, and everything was very clean and polished! He took before and after photos for review before we paid him. We went back a couple of weeks later, and things still looked great. I did have to call around a bit to find someone that did work in Vail and am glad he did the work for us. My husband was very impressed with the work vs price!

Val did a fabulous job with everything I hired him to do. The yard was in bad shape, and he was very thorough in his trimming and weeding. I would recommend him any time.

Awful! Do not hire this company for tree work. My parents asked to have the tree trimmed and this company butchered It. They removed at least 5 or 6 large lower branches which were blocking the afternoon sun from the house and produce a beautiful canopy. They didn't bother to tell them how much they were taking off. I'm afraid we will have to dig up and replace the tree as it can never come back from what was done! Plus I feel they are more expensive than other companies! If you choose them, make it crystal clear what you want because they don't communicate with you on what they intend to do!

In our many years present on our property we have enlisted the services of many "Land Scape Specialists". We have been eager to secure the services of a provider we felt we could count on for both attentive service, as well as regularity. To this point I can say that Vhal Paz of "The Yard" has provided.us with those basic building blocks for a long term relationship. I am satisfied with his level of service Vhal has provided and hope to continue forward with "The Yards" services.

Vhal was really easy/great to work with. He came by to give me a free estimate and his price was less than another bid I got earlier that day. He showed up on time to clean my yard and didn't leave until it was all done & I was happy. He and his worker were quiet but polite and got it all done. My yard looks great and I'm thinking of hiring him for monthly maintenance now. Highly recommend--it's tough to find people these days that are reliable and honest that do a good job.

Had tried several yard svcs but they were unreliable. Vhal gave me quote on monthly maintenance that was reasonable & I hired him. He always calls ahead, does job thoroughly & efficiently. Being an elderly widow, I appreciate his honestly & respect and feel sage in his presence. He is a keeper.
