This is not rocket science, but it takes serious effort to scrub and vacuum and dust and actually get things clean. This is a family owned business and the pride they show in their work is evident.

They are excellent and worth it for the price I pay. They are thorough, professional and do not chit chat. They perform their work and are very pleasant. I would use them again in the future.

Update June 2012 - The Master Clean Group does 3 times the work as these people, in half the time, for less money! They have been here twice since the Tucson Team and they are so much better! Don't waste your time - go with the Master Clean Group! Review of the Tucson Team - You need to know up front that if you want anything done other than what the Tucson Team wants to do, you are going to have trouble. I wanted LESS done, it wasn't completed and they blame me. Be prepared to take the blame, because if there is any disagreement, it is going to be your fault. I knew that from reading their responses to negative reviews here, but thought it was such a simple job (2 bathrooms and a kitchen floor) there wouldn't be a problem. It?s not a bad idea to record your conversations with Holly, because despite repeating back to her what she said, she will later deny saying it. I would also recommend hiring a cleaning service to clean your house before you call the Tucson Team, or the workers will tell you repeatedly how dirty your house is. Apparently, they only service clean houses. You should also call ahead and confirm your appointment a few days before. This is not something they do and they came to our house a day early. I would also list IN WRITING what you want done, because if it is not in their routine, verbally telling them 3 times will not matter. They give you a written list of what they will do and if you won?t let them do it, what you NEED done won?t be done, even though they verbally agree to do it. Pay close attention during the final walk through! I got distracted by the shower and missed the fact my bathroom floor was skipped, the mirrors were streaked and cleanser was dripped onto the shower door floor. This is my fault, I totally missed it. The first bathroom, which Dawn cleaned, was outstanding and I just didn?t check the 2nd bathroom closely, which someone else cleaned. Totally my own fault. Also be very clear on what coupon you are using, there are different amounts for different web sites, and my bill had yet another discount amount on it. I ended up shorting them $7 due to this confusion, which I later mailed. I told Holly at the time of the original scheduling that I lost my previous housekeeper due to illness about 6 months ago. I have back problems and need only the kitchen floor and 2 bathroom floors, showers, sinks, toilets and 1 tub cleaned. Holly said that was much less than they usually do and we would be their first appointment on Wednesday. So when they called late Tuesday morning and said they were running late, I was confused. Holly called and said she "couldn?t possibly" squeeze us in Wednesday, she never scheduled us for Wednesday and never said we should be the first appointment because of the floors. This despite my repeating to her, as I always do, the date and time of the appointment when we scheduled. I went ahead and said they might as well come on Tuesday and then removed everything from both bathroom showers and sinks so they could just concentrate on the surfaces. I was told today on the phone by Dawn that my requirements are "very confusing" and that I am "difficult." This is because, when Dawn first came in the door, I said (again) I need only the kitchen floor and 2 bathroom floors, showers, sinks, toilets and I tub cleaned. Period. This is too confusing for this company because, as Dawn explained, they have a set routine they perform and anything otherwise is "too hard to know what gets done and what doesn?t." I reminded her that I specifically said, "I do not want all the hair spray cans and make-up containers dusted and rearranged in my bathroom hutch. I want the floor, shower, toilet and sink done." Guess what ? The (approximately) 20 bottles, jars and cans in the hutch were dusted and rearranged, and the floor was skipped. Cleanser was also dripped onto the metal shower door floor, and mirrors were smeared. After I checked on the worker cleaning my bathroom and had to ask her to vacuum the rugs, I repeated again (3rd time) what I wanted done. During the after walk-through, Dawn herself saw the worker skipped the outside metal frame of the shower. Dawn told me today she saw the worker cleaning the floor and I asked her how it was the next day I ran my finger over the floor in front of the worker and came up with dust and dirt., and why the worker apologized to me for missing it! Dawn and Marissa, who did the kitchen floor, did outstanding work. For some reason, I was neither difficult nor confusing about those areas. They are the reason the review is a "C" instead of an "F". After I called Holly again, they came back the next day and did the floor. The worker started to argue with me that she had done the floor. I reached down in front of her and brought up a finger full of dust and dirt and just looked at her. She changed her mind immediately and apologized for missing it. For $70 an hour, the bathroom floor is basic. They explained that "everyone was so exhausted when they left" my house, as they had two houses before me and my job (2 baths and 1 kitchen floor for 4 people in 2 hours) was so much work. Despite their complaints about how much work the house was, it was by no means filthy. Yes, the kitchen floor and bathrooms needed cleaning. That is why I called a cleaning service. Two weeks ago, I called Holly to tell her they had done the floor and she said, "I will call you in a few days to get you on a regular schedule." I never heard from her. This morning, Dawn called to see if I had decided when I want to schedule! I told her Holly was supposed to call me and that I think they have just gotten too big too soon. She got pretty defensive, and told me 1) they have no problems with anybody but me,(I guess she doesn't read the negative reviews here), 2) my requests are very difficult and confusing, 3) Holly would have trouble fitting me in anyway because I am so difficult and 4) what I want done is just not reasonable. Dawn implied I am hearing things and imagining things. I asked her if she thought perhaps I am on a different planet and she agreed that could be it. I thought I was hiring a cleaning service and didn?t realize I was getting a psych evaluation. I just hope my next housekeeping service is on my planet. When they first came in the women in charge. I told her about the pergo floor and she said yes and i said do you know abou they pergo floor and she said yes and showed me the cleaner and I was fine with in. Then i was in my bedroom with a mop and pale i didn't notice her and she starting mopping a part of the room, and i asked her what she is doing. and she said she did not know and that is very poor communication on their part. The person in charge should of told her how to clean the floors and I also over paid her and she did not say anything to me about it. Seemed to be in a big hurry.

This group prides themselves on paying attention to detail, and certainly delivered for us. They brought all their own equipment & supplies. I walked through with one of the owners, pointing out exactly what I wanted done in each room. When done, the crew had not missed a thing. Before leaving, I was asked to inspect, and point out anything they may have missed. Additionally, I was informed that if I found anything they missed after they left that they would come back and make it right/make sure we were completely satisfied. They did arrive about 25 minutes late, and explained when they showed up that they were running behind because of their previous job.

They do an awesome job. They are friendly and do a good service. They are fairly inexpensive. They send out a team of three and it takes them about an hour.

Excellent performance. Very professional. Update on 1/16/2014--Tucson Team continues to do such an excellent job for us. Their attention to detail and highest of standards in the cleaning and care of our home are amazing!

They came with five people and they were done in about two and a half hours. They cleaned the bathrooms, they mopped the floors, they vacuumed, and they did everything I asked them to do. They were very efficient and friendly. They brought all of their own products and they were all green products which was good. They were able to fit me into their schedule on fairly short notice which was awesome. I can’t say anything but good things. From the contact, to the service, to the timeliness, to the efficiency, everything was excellent. I plan on using them in the future.

They have been here a few times and I was waiting a few more times before I rated them. I spend $80 each time they come out. They do the normal house cleaning, with the mopping and cleaning of the floors and vacuuming and dusting. I have been very pleased with them so far. They clean the foyer and mop it. I don’t ask them to clean the windows.

Holly and her Tucson Team are an outstanding group of professionals. I have been using them for several months now, and they have always been prompt, fast, responsive and wonderful to work with. They always arrive right on time with big smiles and an armada of cleaning equipment. They use 3-4 people at a time which means the house is cleaned in about an hour. Every single person they have brought into my home has been both hardworking and amazingly nice! They are considerate (I had a migraine one day and they went out of their way to be super quiet while still getting the house sparkling!), flexible with scheduling and are utterly reliable. The house looks great, the price is great (I actually feel a little guilty that I am paying so little!) and I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone who is looking for a great crew to help take the stress of keeping a house looking nice off their shoulders. I have had several cleaners in the past, this is the only group I would recommend, they really are the best!

On the date of the appointment, Holly and her team (3 other workers) showed up on time. (She had called a day earlier to confirm appointment.) They brought in their own supplies and got right to work. I left to run errands and came back to check in. I could easily see where they had cleaned and where they hadn't. They showed me a few trouble spots that they encountered. When the job was complete, they cleaned up all of their materials and reminded me of the trouble spots. They even gave me some tips of what to do about them. They were cheerful and thorough. I am very happy with the work they did. The house was filthy before they came and when they left, I felt like I could move in without being grossed out anymore.

Although this was the Tucson Team's first commercial job, you would never know it. They were FANTASTIC! We could not have been more pleased with their professionalism and excellence. They paid attention to every detail that was requested in our lengthy contract. We asked them to do so much more than just clean--just as you return after maid service to your hotel room to find everything fresh and straightened--they did it all. Holly and her team went above and beyond for us. Although the work we need is only seasonal for the courses we provide, we would recommend them for any home or business. You will not find nicer, more honest people to work with.

I contacted Holly via e-mail after reading the great reviews here on Angie's List. She phoned me the following morning and I expained that I was preparing my home for sale, it was empty of all furnishings, but needed extensive cleaning. When I told her I needed the cleaning done within a week, Holly replied that she was booked solid, but made special effort to fit my house into her already busy schedule. I was very appreciative of that. Holly scheduled an appointment with me to conduct a walk-through of the house and give me an estimate of $280 for my 2800 square foot house. She said she typically charges $0.10 per square foot, which I thought was very reasonable. On the day of the cleaning, Holly and her crew called before their scheduled arrival time to let me know they were on the way. Once they arrived, they immediately went to work and continuously cleaned for over 5 hours to complete the job. I especially loved that they use eco-friendly cleaning products. My house did not smell of any chemicals. It just looked and smelled fresh and clean. I cannot say enough about how pleased I was with the service of The Tucson Team. Holly is extremely professional and a very nice lady to do business with. I highly recommend them.

Holly and her team took a house that had been lived in by a bunch of college students and turned it into a clean home for us to move in to. They were punctual, professional, and all around great. In addition, they were able to come on short notice.

I found them through Angies List. They arrived as scheduled and spent about 3.5 hours (with five of them) cleaning our house. I asked for a thorough cleaning, knowing they did not do windows. Their team is very nice and professional. They arrived on time, all appearing very professional. They communicated well. They did baseboards, floors and all surfaces, and in addition for the 'clean out' service they cleaned all drawers and cabinets. They did a very good job overall. Our house is a bit unique in that it has MANY cabinets and drawers. They missed some of these during the work. They lower shelves of the kitchen pantry were missed, but the floor and upper shelves were done. They missed all of the drawers and lower cabinets in the home office. It's possible the office drawer thing was intentional, but I didn't realize it at the time, not until a couple days later when we started unpacking. One shower glass didn't look terribly clean, there was some hard water deposits or soap scum still evident. What they did clean was well cleaned indeed, so I suspect these omissions were more due to the fact that this was the first time seeing this particular house for this team, and they didn't have a 'rhythm' for our place yet. When you have five people sweeping through a place, it's easy for things to be missed because each things the other is attending to it. I think the price for what they did was very fair, and in fact I'm looking forward to using them again, because my instincts and impression are that they are a top quality group and I wouldn't let the above few issues dissuade me from using them again. Once they are familiar with a place, I suspect it would go very well indeed.

Holly and her team are simply wonderful. Having never had my home cleaned I was not sure of what to expect. I was amazed when these four effervescent and personable ladies went to work. With organization and speed they cleaned my house from top to bottom in two hours. When they left, the floors shone, the faucets gleamed, the house smelled wonderful, and I was thrilled. I had them back again the following month and they again did a great job in about 1 hour. As other reviewers note, the Team focuses on the thorough cleaning of the home and its fixtures and not on the home's personal contents (i.e., straightening up, laundry, dishes). They are wonderful at what they do and I look forward to using them again.

Tucson Team did everything but break out in song fest as they tackled this job. They delivered. Now I need to buy more rental homes so they can keep them sparkling, too !

They worked around our schedule did a great job. They couldn?t have been better. The owners themselves had to come to work with our schedue.

Holly came to give us an estimate for cleaning our home. She set a date for about 2 weeks later. They arrived promptly, worked hard and left the house looking great.

They do very thorough house cleaning. They dust, they vacuum, mob the floor, clean the bathrooms and kitchen and do the sliding glass windows. They arrive on time and they are efficient. They do a very good job. The owner is excellent and the two workers whom come with her are very good as well. The house looks clean and bright when they leave.
