They were alright. They did the job. They were very accomodating.

I love The Tucson Team! They are very professional and have been right on time each time we have had an appointment. They are particularly good in the kitchen and bathrooms. I will continue to use them for all my housecleaning needs!

Since the initial cleaning, which was extremely thorough, they come bi-weekly. Each time they come, they do something extra, like clean out the mircrowave, fingerprints on the woodwork, or inside windows. Very professional staff, friendly and competent. They are almost always on time, but if delayed, they will call.

They are easy to work with. They're timely. They did a couple of our window and they were good. They leave the house as they should and they do a good job. I use them all the time.

One of the owners, first came to give an estimate. The first cleaning would cost $130. for a very deep cleaning everywhere. That was fine. We negotiated for a twice a month service not to exceed $100 per visit. Most visits cost $90. A team of usually 3 people with the same team leader on every visit come in and clean and are out of the house in one hour. There are some rooms that are rarely used so those are cleaned on an as needed basis.When the team comes into my home and it's all business, no unnecessary talking or socializing. They come in, they do their job and get out. Just how I like it. The team leader is always receptive to requests or suggestions.

Only one time available in the middle of morning and I work so it just did'nt work out at all.

They did a pretty good job. I called them back to do some other things but they were good and did no charge me again.

They dusted everything, vacuumed the carpets, completely cleaned the bathrooms and the kitchen. I have allot of sliding glass doors that my dog manages to leave nose prints on, they cleaned them all off.

The crew arrived as scheduled and went right to work. They did a thorough job & I have contracted for bi-weekly cleaning services.

they showed up on time and ask me what I wanted accomplished. they went to work immediately and did not stopped for a break at any time. while I did find a couple of places that were missed, they immediately went to the problem and resolved it. they did have one issue I didn't quite understand. there is a decorator shelf that runs from the living room thru to the kitchen.the group leader told me that they could not go up there to clean because of insurance concerns. many homes in Tucson have decoratorledges and it would seem in the best interest of the compny to change insurance to accommodate. overall I thought they were an efficient team of workers. there was no arguing or backtalk. I plan on calling them back out when I have the rst of the house cleaned.

Professional, knowledgeable. Accidentally broke a candle but acknowledged it, took some $ off the price, offered to do more if necessary. So professional and courteous. Responds so promptly to calls/contacts.

The Tucson Team has been cleaning for me for over a year. They are thorough, polite and professional. They arrive in the time period they say. At the beginning if there were concerns or questions they were addressed immediately. I trust them with my dog. If you are lucky enough to have Dawn or Sue as your Team Leader your home is in GREAT hands.

I have used The Tucson Team for maybe 2 years now and they are very thorough in their cleaning, and considerate of my schedule. Since I work from a home office, they are respectful of my time and clean in an efficient and effective manor. I would highly recommend them to any of my neighbors or colleagues :)

It went great. The four person team split up and conquered seperate rooms. They were meticulous and very careful with keep sakes and wall hung mirrors. Within two hours they were completed done. I'd hire them in a minute and will do so in the immediate future.

I was really impressed. They sent three people. They cleaned my ceiling fan and they cleaned the top of my refrigerator. They were very thorough and easy to communicate with. The process was very easy and I am going to continue with them for twice a month service.

The crew did a fantastic job and I will definitley call on them for future house cleaning needs.

Family business but as they got bigger, due to good work & references, they hired some friends who are also good workers. Always pleasant, timely, and thorough.

We had just purchased our home that needed some upgrading so there were no floors in the bedrooms, the rec room, and the laundry room to clean as they had not been installed yet. There were also no appliances to clean because we were having new ones delivered. With that said the amount of work that needed to be done was still extensive. The previous home owner was elderly and did not keep up with the cleaning, which is understandable. So, there were all the cabinetry in the kitchen and bathrooms that needed to be cleaned inside and out. The bathroom vanities, tubs, and toilets needed cleaning. We had just recently painted the entire house ourselves so there was paint drips on the tile floors that they were able to clean up without fail. There was even paint in one of the bathroom sinks that this crew was able to knock out. All in all, they did a good job cleaning the home. As noted previously there were some stubborn stains that they were able to completely remove and while I felt the floor could have been scrubbed a bit more, it was still better than it was when they arrived. The crew consisted of 4 people which took them 2 1/2 hours to clean all the above areas. While I don't feel as though I overpaid tremendously for this service, I do feel it was a bit overpriced for the amount of work that was completed. When they left they put a sheet of what they typically do for a "Move in/Move out" which is what I was charged for, but they did not have to do half of the things listed because there were no appliances, baseboards or door frames to clean, etc.

They did a very good job and they were very reliable. However, they did not do anything extra to fit my needs. They would only complete services that were on their list. I would ask for them to not do one service and to do another but they would not do it without charging additional fees. I have discontinued their service as I have found other providers that are more flexible.

The Tucson Team arrived on time as Holly Allen told us they would. The crew introduced there self, they each took a room and went to work. No talking, no music, just work. They moved what needed to be moved, put everything back where it came from. I even told Holly that I would box all the small things, she assured it would not be necessary, the team would take care of it, and they did. My mother-in-law has a lot of stuff in her room, after collecting for 93 years. The wife and I was debating if we was going to have the house cleaned on a regular bases, after the work was complete, there was no debating, we signed up for a every 3 month cleaning.

I met with the owner, Holly, two weeks ago to get a quote on what it would cost to have my mother's house cleaned before she got into town this spring. She had just had her floors retiled and there was dust everywhere. Holly's sister Dawn showed up right,on time, with a cleaning group of an additional three people. They not only did a great job of getting the house clean, but because they finished sooner than expected, I was billed only for the time it took them, which was a great savings. The house looked beautiful, when they finished, and we are very pleased. We will definitely use The Tucson Team again.

I was very happy with them. In fact, I did renegotiate the price with them and they were happy to work with me because I ended up with more room for them to clean so they were very happy to work with me. I am very happy with their services. I have no issue whatsoever. If they miss something, I let them know the next time and they are just fine and they make it right. The crew that comes in sometimes switch of but I have gotten to know pretty much everyone that comes in now. They are very friendly and nice to have in your home.

We have set up regular cleaning with Holly and her team and even with some unexpected family emergencies, they were willing to work around our needs. They are amazing and we are so glad that we found them!
