So well I have set up a biweekly schedule. The team not only cleaned what I had asked them to do, but showed initiative and cleaned what needed to be done without direction. That is the type of cleaners you want in your house.

These gals are the best! They have worked for us several times over the past few years and are really good. They are trustworthy, quiet, fast, and get the job done. I like the way they fold the toilet paper - little touches like that make you realize just how much they are doing while they're here. I wouldn't work with anyone else - Tucson Team is the best in Tucson and Oro Valley!

This company is excellent! The crew is first-rate. They are extremely efficient, hardworking, and pleasant. Above all, they do an incredible job of cleaning. It was not what I expected. There was a little mix up with the scheduling time. I had to call them several couple of times. The service wasn't up to my wife's standards. I wasn't here when they cleaned the house but my wife said not to call them back. They came out here a week or two after the scheduled time when they were supposed to. They called me the day before saying that they would get here on a different time. There was a conflict there so we scheduled again. They were professional. They could have done a better job in cleaning the house.

If I have ever had an issue over FIVE years it was corrected immediately. I trust the team with my most precious possession , my dog.

Tucson Team usually exceeds my expectations. Long term relationship, family owned, operated business. Have maybe had to advise them only a couple of times when something might now have been done right. Pretty darn good for eight years. Delightful staff. Honest = hugely important. They have unfettered access and I trust them. Happy to recommend.

The Tucson Team should be called the A Team, Dawn and her crew are professional and top notch. They touch every surface in our office take out ALL the recyclables, besides the trash, we don't have to clean behind our cleaning service which is usually the case!

The cleaning services were excellent. Dawn had informed me that a few people were ill that morning, so the team that came to clean was only 2 people instead of 3. Christie and Lauren worked very hard and had the job completed in 2.5 hours (total 5 hrs).

They came out last month. When I was younger you would get down on your hands and knees and scrub floors to get them clean but now they use mops. So the corners don't get as clean as they should. They don't move furniture and get up underneath it or nothing. They come, and there's three of them, and there done in an hour. You have to watch what they do. I'm not talking about snooping, I'm just talking about that they just breeze over stuff. Like last month we have several bathrooms in the master suite. They mopped behind the door and it's that kind of crap.

I can't recommend them highly enough. Have lived in this house five years, and it's never been so clean. Much better than I could have done myself. They were faster (and therefore cheaper) than I ever expected.

four people divided up the duties in the home: one worked on the bathrooms, one did the kitchen, one did the common rooms and one did the windows. I was promised 3 people for 3 hours, but they sent four, so I ended up with 4 for 2.25 hours. Because it took them 4 hours I ended up owing them $180. The windows were filthy, so I was glad to have a guy doing that, but he was a bit sloppy--he didn't get the corners, and he missed one and had to go back after having put away that gear. The gal who did the common rooms did an excellent job getting the stains on the walls, but the bathroom girl left dog stains on the walls. The kitchen guy did an excellent job, pulling out ALL of the drawers and cleaning them and the shelves, the appliances and everything! However, this company 'doesn't do mini blinds', and I have many.

We had new flooring put on our stairs and 2nd floor so there was loads of dust everywhere. I wanted a cleaning as soon as possible after the flooring was done, and I had to keep rescheduling with the Tucson Team. Dawn was very gracious and called me back every time to work out when we could have our house cleaned! We were extremely pleased with the cleaning done in our home. Every nook an cranny was cleaned and dusted! The bathrooms were sparkling. We will definitely have the Tucson Team clean our home again.

They did a good cleaning job but they didn't do anything more than anybody else. They came in here and said, we're going to do it military style. They were a real nice couple. I couldn't see that they cleaned any different than anybody else. These people are young. I don't know how they make a living charging what they do because they charged, I think their normal price is $149 and I got it for I think $119 and they were here for 3 hours. It was alright. What they did, they did good. Nice, clean people. They had a plan. They were good but not for $119 for 3 hours. That's a lot of money an hour. A school teacher doesn't make that much an hour. I've had many, many cleaning people and my favorite one, they're nothing compared to her at all. In 3 hours she will do extra stuff like sweep my patio, things like that. I didn't ask them to do anything abnormal, just let them do their schedule. If your in dire need to have someone come over and clean your house, you couldn't find anybody else, I would hire them. It would have to be extreme circumstances. I liked them both, they were both very nice people, just starting out. I wouldn't recommend them because of their price. If they came down $15 an hour I would use them again.

woThe Tucson Team was very efficient and professional, yet at the same time friendly and conversational. The three women worked continually for the two hours we paid for, with no breaks or even reduced energy. They covered absolutely everything we asked them to do. We definitely will turn to them again when we need their services.

Do to illness I wasn't able to utilize the coupon. However, Holly has a really good crew, they were on time, and ready to work. She has a wonderful demeanor and was ready to help

Overall very good, but my house ,even if it is large, was not dirty. Was getting it polished to go on the market. I had 3 girls for three hours and they still missed my wet bar area and were scrambling to finish washing the floors as their 3 hour limit was almost up.

I have used the Tucson Team for at least a year and would recommend them for house cleaning which I have done and my neighbors are equally satisfied. A team of 3 or 4 people come with each one having a specific job - they are very careful with our things and also very efficient and professional. They are very personable and a pleasure to have in my home. They come and clean every other week and make my life much easier.

I give them an A-plus, plus, plus, plus. They do everything that I absolutely hate to do. I just think it looks clean when they are done. I don't feel the need to go over certain things again after they have cleaned so they are very thorough. They have different crews come out.
