 + 0 moreThe proprietor's name is James Smith and I have used him twice. His prices are half that of some others. I think his normal price is about $1.50 a sq. foot to install but he actually gave me a better deal because he was doing my entire rental house. He was punctual and professional and did a very good job. He got the entire house done in about four days, which was really helpful. He was a very nice guy. The work has held up fine and there are no problems.
Description of Work: I used The Tile Smith for ceramic tile installation in my entire rental house. The job included ripping out about 500 sq. feet of old tile. I had used him a year earlier too.
