Richard receives my highest kudos for the professional and personable job he performed fulfilling my termite prevention contract. I appreciate Richard's promptness in arriving at the set time and completing the job within the time he estimated. Most especially I was impressed that he returned flower pots and furniture to their original places and removed the dust and particles accumulated with the process. Richard wore a mask and gloves and used online delivery of the contract and diagram of the areas treated to minimize contact. Richard came out to do a quote. He was very detailed and informative in pointing out the areas of our house that could be potential entry points for termites. When we got to the problem areas, he saw that it was not termites and explained to us how to deal with the crickets we actually had. Very helpful and we would work with him for termite control in the future.
