Great job! We had the terrifying little termite tunnels on the kitchen ceiling and a few other places. Called and the owner/technician who responded right away. He came out to give an estimate and discuss the plan of service. After comparing others and decided this was definitely the best way to go...He again responded quickly. Came out and did the work, which was a lot to do to treat and protect a 2750 sqft house! He was very personable and did a great job. The tunnels are gone, and no activity has been seen since the treatment. We feel much relief knowing the house is protected, and for years to come. Thanks a million!!!

Great guy, great service, great company

Great job was performed. I felt like Richard was a good friend who was doing his best to please us. The price for the quality of the work and service plan of 5 years showed that he has the interest of his customers in mind. I will enjoy his returning at end of the first year to do an annual inspection. Richard and his son are a pair of people who you can trust on your property.

The overall experience was most favorable. Richard came out when he said he would and inspected my entire house. He concentrated on the area that was affected by the termites, but also treated the entire house. In effect, he custom treated my residence. He also custom installed bird spikes where requested. Richard is flexible, not corporate constrained. Money well spent!
