Richard was quick to respond. He went to the property and did a thorough inspection. He gave me a detailed list of the work that needed to be done along with a few options. The price was very reasonable. They came out and did the work as stated and within a couple of days after I first contact them. I highly recommend them!!! Good people to work with.

The owner told me that it would take 120 days to determine if the drilling and trenching for subterranean termite treatment is completely effective, so I won't really know until then. However, when I inquired online about the treatment through Angi/Home Advisor, Termite Assassin called BEFORE I had even finished typing. Other companies responded later with some responding several days after my inquiry while Richard had already set up an appointment with me to view the evidence. I hired him on the spot and he came to do the work two days later. The phrase "the early bird gets the worm" really applies to him and his company. He takes it seriously.

Out of 5 companies that came to the property to give me proposals for the termite control only The Termite Assassin had a plan to treat the interior walls of an adobe home built in the 1950's. I had studied the problem on my own and talked with Do-it-yourself pest control and I already had a treatment plan in mind. The Termite Assassin was the only one, out of five companies, that did what my extensive research indicated was the necessary treatment. If I could give Richard six stars I would.

This was the first time experiencing termites so was unsure what to expect. TERMITE ASSASSIN came by to do an inspection. The owner Richard did the inspection and invited us to follow him around so he could explain everything what he saw and what his plan was to fix the problem. Not really sure about this company. I think they did the minimum they had to do. My shed where they sprayed the borax to kill the termites still is wet going on 3 weeks. My shed items are still in my backyard. Now this company did not inform me how long it would take to dry. Also, I asked the owner of this company if he would clean the mud strains caused by the termites, he stated yes he would clean up the mud strains. Nope, not done.
