The Assassin is a very knowledgeable guy when it comes to his craft. He took the time to tell me everything about the bugs and the formula he uses. Very honest and did a good job with my problem. Would recommend him to anyone I know with termite issues. Greatly appreciated.

He was very professional.

He came, inspected, found tracks in a spot other inspectors missed. He was positive, called when he was going to arrive a little late, came, did the job, left the place clean and the holes drilled are not obvious. If the termites stay underground, it will be a great success all around. Good 5 year warranty!

Good Honest businessman, strait to the point with my situation. Gave me a very reasonable quote, better than the company with all the cute VWs and VW limo. Educated me with what I needed to know then gave his quote and asked me what work I did. I told him Public school teacher and off came another 10% because his business feels teachers need a break and aren't paid enough. He got my business.

He came and treated the house, in and out within 4.5 hours, and I got a 5-year warranty. He used a chemical known as Termador, the best there is.

Richard performed as promised when promised. He provides a warranty for five years without any annual renewal fees but with an annual inspection. And he comes out when a potential problem appears after he has completed the treatment.
