hi my name is DON McCLELLAN-Im 71 YRS YOUNG IVE BEEN CLEANING CARPET OVER 50 YRS IN MY OWN BUSINESS Ive been in business here in tucson since 1971 I was the original company with the name THE ORIGINAL TUCSON CARPET CLEANERS I ONLY HAVE 1 TRUCK NOW ,and I work every job. I have more experience cleaning carpets than most carpet cleaners in tucson -our method of cleaning is the DUAL PROCESS -1ST WE SCRUBB THE CARPET WITH A ROTARY SCRUBBER (SHAMOOER) not a buffer "MORE GENTLE" ,with the very best safest shampoo in the industry THAT gets all the dirt loose like washing your hands with a scrubbrush then we go back over it with a super extractor (steam machine) to get all the dirt rinsed out with 200 degrees water and two three stage vaccume motors- most -carpets are dry within 2- 3 hours this dual process is very much better than any truck mount I KNOW COZ IF THERE WAS A BETTER WAY TO CLEAN ,I WOULD BE DOING IT and trust me Ive tried every method ive heard of and YOU STILL GOT TO SCRUB THE DIRT TO GET ANYTHING CLEAN and THATS WHAT WE DO.the shampoo comes from back east were carpets get a real beating with salt,sand,snow,mud,ect.tracked on them Included chemicals are antibacterialstatics, colorbrightners,fabric softners ,and most important-soil retardant- ,which is a crystalizing agent- it keeps cleaning your carpet long after we do -Here is how it works.When the humidity rises it activates the chemical ,while active it clings to the dirt ,when the humidity goes back down it crystalizes ,that action and you vacuuming the carpet is cleaning the carpet and might I add for a fairly long time. thats why our customers love our job, because everyone knows your carpet starts getting dirty -the first step on it.Ive been using this shampoo for over 50yrs. -it is very safe for babies, kids, pets, whoever -its been used in hospitals, schools, homes. embassys orphanages etc. it has a 7.5 PH almost nueteral we call it our magic potion ,coz it makes carpet look almost new again and let me repeat "VERY SAFE" EVEN IF YOUR CARPET IS FILTHY, most of the time, we will get it clean and looking good again, of course we would have to charge for any extra chemicals it take to clean it . we also clean upholstery if they are in too rough condition ,I tell you not to waste your money and again our customers are so happy with our work

The carpets and stairs were heavily soiled. they did an excellent job at working and trying to get the stains out and succeeded in 95% of the places. The use a scrubber AND a steamer, rather than most companies that just steam clean. that's why I chose them and they paid extra attention where needed, and were very professional in all aspects. highly recommend them!
Description of Work: did the wall to wall carpeting upstairs in our house (we have no such carpeting on the first floor as we switched to hard floors).

Provider arrived with assistant promptly (actually a little in advance of scheduled time); reviewed rooms to be cleaned & what I wanted to done. Asked if I had any spots or areas that needed special attention. Used high power professional vacuum to clean all areas before starting to clean. Answered all my questions completely and politely. Finished the job in about 1 1/2 hours. Carpet looked like new -- he went over all rooms to make sure I was satisfied and that no spots or problem areas remained. Gave me reasonable estimate of how long the carpet would be damp (6 - 8 hours) and provided me with shoe covers for walking around. Took the special offer coupon from Angie's list that I had printed out and provided a professional receipt, a refrigerator magnet -- and a cute little foam toy of a Carpet Police serviceman! This was a very professional provider with which I was completely satisfied. I will definitely use them and recommend them again. Thanks, Angie's List!
Description of Work: After vacuuming all areas, thoroughly cleaned wall to wall carpet in living room, TV room, hallway, master bedroom, master bath, moving furniture as needed, cleaning area rugs that were not colored with vegetable dye (expensive Persian carpets)

While Don is a bit chatty, he is extremely professional and knowledgable about carpets. While the two man crew including Don arrived about a half our earlier than their 9 a.m. estimated arrival time, and finished around 2:30 p.m. with an approximately one hour lunch break, their work was thorough and efficient. We were very pleased with how clean the carpets, area rugs, and furniture were, and we will definitely call them first when we need a carpet cleaner again (and we will with 3 dogs and a child).
Description of Work: Original Tuscon Carpet Cleaners cleaned all of the carpeting in our home, both upstairs and downstairs. (A large portion of our 2200+ sq. ft. home is carpeted.) In addition, they cleaned one couch, one love seat, two small, one medium, and two large area rugs for the price listed above.

It went great and I will be adding him to my white glove list and I know if you use him you will be doing the same. I have been in the rental business for over 20 years and I have to say that he is the best so far.
Description of Work: He cleaned 14 stairs, 2bedrooms, and large living room. He rotary scrubbed the carpet and had powerhouse equipment. He was there for almost 2 hours and there were no extra charges. He just did quality work.
