Ft. from The Green Eagle Hard Surface Restoration (Up to 56% Off) I am a 72 year old disabled American Veteran, and had a need for a good cleaning of our tile floors, and grout, and was introduced to THE GREEN EAGLE HARD SURFACE RESTORATION by Groupon. John came out measured and agreed to do the work, however upon arrival he got right into it and prior to completion he left in a rush after a phone call and the floors were left in terrible condition. I was not at all impressed with his customer service, and attitude upon when he decided to leave and the job was not at all finished and left the floors a real mess (no explanation). For the charge of $183.33 an hour we feel left in a lurch. The very next day I called to talk with John about it and he has not answered the phone. He left our floors a real mess, spots from sealer all around the floors, and filthy. Never returned the call, how would he know if I might be giving him a referral which would not happen.
