When I bought this house there were several window treatments that I did not like and thought needing replacement. Patt came out and showed options, aided in color selection, and measured the windows and patio door accurately. The window coverings were replaced shortly after I returned from an out-of-town trip. The previous shades and drapes with rod were removed and the new shades and vertical blinds were installed. I am very pleased with the outcome and would definitely contact them should i wish to replace other window treatments in the house. Each person involved in this project was professional, experienced, courteous and most pleasant to work with.

It was a very pleasant business experience. Michael came to the house and thoroughly went over my options. I was afraid there would be a big sales pitch. There was not but I was informed of my options. I really dislike a hard sell. We picked a blind and color. It was installed two weeks later perfectly. Excellent experience. Yes, it was pricey but I've come to the conclusion anything with quality is usually pricey. I would recommend this company.

Due to lack of squareness of window openings, blinds had to be trimmed to make them fit. Installers did a great job fitting them so they took beautiful.

Service and professionalism was excellent but I ended up spending more money than I planned to get what I needed.

The process to acquire new window treatments was very efficient. I visited their gallery, took home the sample book, Mike came by later to measure the windows and review our color choices and we placed the order. The order was installed less than 3 weeks later, which included the holiday season, and as promised. Elliott, who installed the blinds, was very efficient and knowledgable. I would definitely use The Blind Guys again and will be happy to recommend this service provider to friends.

Mike and his assistant arrived a bit earlier than expected, which was great. They were extremely professional and knowledgeable. I was just gathering information at this point and I let them know that up front. I thought at that point they would probably either get pushy or rush out the door and day good-bye. Instead, Mike gave me really good information about the maintenance of my blinds and offered to do a few small repairs at no charge. I was shocked at his kindness actually. That usually doesn't seem to happen much these days in business. In my opinion this is a very trustworthy and honest company to do business with, that does quality work with high quality blinds.

Knowledgeable service overall but owner was a little rushed and I felt like he wanted me to make a quick decision. He definitely didn't encourage me to look through his color samples or compare fabrics.

Salesman & installer were prompt on time. One blind had cord on wrong side but they reordered and installed the corrected blind in short order.

Asked for suggestions, options for window covering in kitchen/dinette area. prompt response, good options. Very happy with product and service.
