The process from ordering the shades to installation was three weeks which was a little long but to get quality shades and expert installation was with it. The blind guys are higher priced than some you see advertised however the quality is great We did get a six year guarantee which is by far more than the less expensive options

Mike Levy, owner arrived at scheduled time. Asked me about my needs and wants. Provided samples & information on various products and their price ranges. Explained entire process, offered quote on site & we agreed on installation. Never any high pressure sales. Called me on install date and again after all clean-up completed. (I was out of town & trusted the install in my absence). Absolutely!

We found The Blind Guys at the Home Show in Tucson. We were very impressed there and we knew that we wanted to go with a "local company".

Salesperson was extremely knowledgeable & well predated: Installer was quick and efficient.

Third time i have used the Blinds guy. this time i needed help for family. they went over and helped my elderly realitive who is diffucult at times.... she was treated with such respect and amazing care to work. she thinks i am amazing..not because i paid but because they were!!

The Blind Guys service far exceeded my expectations. Even though it was during the holiday weeks, they were out to give me an estimate within 2 days and my beautiful window coverings were installed within 3 weeks. I was impressed by the great selection of Hunter Douglas products. I have also considered purchasing from the "Big Box" stores, but I prefer to patronize local businesses, and found The Blind Guys pricing to be quite competitive.

Mike Levy was prompt, clearly experienced and gave excellent bid. The shade is perfect.

Everything went well; one snag because plant was back ordered on product w/ducts arriving first.

They come out & measured windows, took his time & was patient with a customer who changed her mind a lot. Did a nice job at a fair price. I have used these guys for years.

We purchased Hunter Douglas shutters for our entire home and a patio shade. The shutters arrived within two weeks but the installers broke 4 of the frames at the mitered corners while installing. We noted that the majority of blinds had noticeable surface scratches. We called Mike to report the broken frames and surface scratches. He came the same day to assess. Mike indicated he would be present to install the new frames as they were installed improperly. New frames were ordered to replace the broken ones but he claimed the scratches are common with shutters. When the new blinds arrived Mike and Elliot came to install them and broke the frames once again. We complained about the surface scratches again and Mike said he would check with Hunter Douglas regarding getting them replaced. Hunter Douglas agreed to replace them but would not guarantee no surface scratches. They offered us a full refund on the shutters and we took it. We concluded the shutters were measured incorrectly. The shutters had no Hunter Douglas logos on them which we found to be suspicious. We replaced the shutters with Tucson Blinds and Shutters and the shutters took half the time to install by one man. We are very satisfied with the service and quality as our shutters have no surface scratches.

Great. He showed up when he said he would for the first appointment. He called when the blinds came in and installed them the same day. Several ads from other blind companies with offers of buy one get one free etc but I did not get competitor bids. I was happy with the samples he provided. The installation is perfect.

Pat came on time for the consult & was invaluable in helping me to pick the right product. Elliot came & installed them & instructed me on how to use the remote.

It was fine. They were high. I could have gone to Lowe's and got cheap window covering but we chose to have a little more better window covering.

The experience was very pleasant and we were given great service from the consolation to the installation.

Mis-measured 7 of 13 blinds but they had them remade and all is well.

I decided to call The Blind Guys reading all the great reviews. I was beyond satisfied with the entire process. Mike the owner awnsered the phone and made an appointment right away. He came out and went over many options and tailored it to my needs. I ended up getting exactly the kind of shade that looks great and blocks out all that sun. Plus the remote is classy. I'm incredibly satisfied. Thanks again!

The blinds guys did other work on my house. I was holding off on my sons room and then my son was diagonsed with a serious illness. I called Mike from hospital asking about upgrading to a black out and remote blind due to son sleeping hours to be out of whack. MIke had blind installed before we were out of hospital and gave me an amazing price i dont know how he can stay in business doing deals like that and rush delivery. AMAZING PERSON. This company is amazing! I highly recommend them and would love to use them again in the future. Mike was such a wonderful man and a joy to work with!

The installation went as scheduled, team showed up hour ahead of schedule time which was fantastic. The installers went through the product details, instructions, and warranty with me on both products I had installed.

Not as well as I'd hoped. I recommend reading the F,D,C and even B ratings, other companies mostly have A, do your homework!

Very disappointed, the owner operated business is a front, and I was treated like an unknowledgable fool from the moment a call was made to me by Mike the owner. Sounding frustrated that I left multiple messages to him, and two days later a frustrated voice made me feel that I was a non priority and I hesitantly listened to his story of an installation that day he clearly bragged about but seemingly didn't trust his son in law to complete the job without his expertise. Seemed very self absorbed, and though hesitant about the clear personality concerns, I scheduled a consultation. My sister, moving from Canada, asked me to step in to take care of this matter amongst others, and once he arrived to the in-home appointment, he realized I was not the owner, I was rushed and treated like I wasn't a customer, yet writing the checks and getting things done for my sister peaked his interest and respect changed. The contact time was unacceptable, the appointment was unprofessional, and personality concerns I had proved to be accurate. Hunter Douglas can be purchased at more than one store, and I recommend an alternate for future shoppers.
