Description of Work: A few mix-ups. The worst was one blind was not working properly when they were installing it so the installer said he would take it back to the shop to repair it. Unfortunately for us he did not re install the old blind and it left a very large bedroom window uncovered for several days. We were able to stretch some side drapes together to provide some privacy. They were fine with everything else.

Description of Work: We had a shade installed in a window in the kitchen as part of an Angie's list special. The fellow who came to measure (one of the owners I believe) was very out of sorts, grumpy and clearly not happy about coming to a customer site. He did however seem knowledgeable and had a good selection of products. The installer was pleasant and seemed to know what he was doing. After he left, I noticed that the shade he installed was not lined up with the window. I phoned the company and they had him return and fix it. They were pleasant about that and did it relatively quickly. It looks nice now. For future needs, I would check to see what else is available, but would consider using this company again.

Description of Work: Mike was very professional in helping us choose our new blinds. The blinds arrived on time and because of a change in our plans, Mike installed the new blinds himself,so that they would be up before unexpected guests arrived.

I did tell you right up front that I would be more expensive the Home depot and lowes,,But I sell a much better product then the big box stores ./ ( they do'nt carry Hunter Douglas and never will.)
