I had one window area in mind at first, but switched to a different one, for which he provided a recommendation more appropriate, not more costly, which I appreciated. He measured for the blinds and, once they arrived, placing in the windows was quick. I'm very pleased with the result.

It was apparent to me that he takes pride in his work as well as always being on time. Our products were ordered and he was installing them in less than two weeks later. Even though his prices were a little bit more than the competition, it was well worth it to get the service he provided.
Description of Work: I contacted Mike at the Blind Guys to get an estimate for 2 Hunter Douglas VertiGlides and 2 window blinds. I wanted to compare his bid to another business. In no time at all, Mike came to our home, took measurements, and provided books of samples for us to peruse. After our selection, he immediately wrote up the order and pricing on the spot. Mike returned to our home and installed all items.

The new blinds were put up quickly but professionally and the installer had good suggestions about moving the cords to where they are more accessible. Description of Work: We had purchased a Groupon for blinds. I called and Mike Levy, owner, came out and we selected the blinds for our home office. We needed blinds that would block the sun and reduce the temperature in the room. Mike brought out samples and we decided on the best blinds and color for our room. When the blinds had been manufactured, we set up an installation date. Mike arrived when he said he would and had the blinds up in just a few minutes. The whole transaction was handled in a timely and professional way.

 + -1 moreMike convey's a high degree of trust and competence. His prices were competetive with other high quality products. As long as he remains in business, he will be my "Blind Guy".
Description of Work: Initially contacted vender to suggest where I could get repair service for Hunter Douglas window shades (that had been service for about 20 years). Mike Levy, owner of the Blind Guys, came to the house and repaired two aging blinds (with a fraying cord issue) without charge (because the existing blinds had a lifetime warrenty. Then he demonstrated newer versions of the same blinds (that were easier to raise and lower) and had much improved insulation (a major factor when you live in Tucson's desert!). We eventually replace 9 shades, one of which covered a 12-foot picture window. Mike's service was cheerfully delivered AS HE PROMISED. Will probably replace the shades in the rest of the house, including the garage, in a year or so.
