Mike arrived on time, was courteous and professional. Finished product functions well and looks great. Part of installation had to be postponed due to missing hardware from manufacturer.

He arrived on time and was very professional. He provided an estimate and unfortunately it is outside of my budget at this time.

Mike arrived on time to show us the options and help us chose the proper type and color of window coverings. He gave us a date in 3 weeks for the installation. He called just before that date to tell us is wasn't a convenient date and asked if he could reschedule; we agreed and set another date in two weeks. He arrived on time and installed the blinds in a very efficient and timely manner. The blinds work great and look lovely; we have had already had several compliments. Mike was a very nice man to work with and we would highly recommend him to anyone looking for window coverings; they are not cheap but the blinds we got are guaranteed for life; it doesn't get any better than that.

I was very pleased with all aspects of this purchase. Mike was very easy to work with, had good suggestions and knew his products. He never pressured or rushed me to make a decision as I wavered back and forth on the color choices. The installation process went very smoothly. He discussed the cleaning and care instructions. Mike and Kevin were punctual, professional and neat. I am thrilled with the result.

I called the Blind Guys because the 15 yr old blinds in my midtown home badly needed to be replaced. Since there was a coupon through Angie's List to get $300 worth of blinds for $89, it seemed like a good opportunity. I should have done much more research. I had had Bali blinds on my windows for many years and they held up really well, and looked fine....until they didn't. When Mike, from the Blind Guys came to measure my windows, after scoffing at Bali blinds, he initially showed me high end blinds - "the Jaguar of blinds" he called them. The price tag for these was almost $2000 AFTER my $300 coupon. This was way over my budget, so he showed me what might be the 'Toyota' of blinds which was close to $1000. Apparently The Blind Guys only sell Hunter Douglas Blinds, so the choices were limited. This cost was for two fairly large and one small window; they feel a little flimsy when they are raised and lowered, and not as substantial as the Bali blinds I had. I am sorry I did not do more research into the current cost of similar products because I had the feeling that the price I was quoted was higher than it might have been without a coupon. I know that businesses need to make a living, but a coupon should reflect true savings and not just a 'discount' on a higher than usual price. Additionally, although the owner wrote down a detailed estimate of the costs, including the coupon deduction, I did not get a copy of this paperwork and should have insisted on it. Finally, while Mike was very available for the initial appointment, once my blinds came in it was difficult to find a time that he was available to come install them.

The only thing I wish I had know before the appt was how my coupon worked. The coupon was you pay $79 and get $300 worth product. If I had had a clue that I could have bought more than one coupon I could have saved a lot of money. The blinds are quite costly.

From start to finish, a grade A job! Outstanding customer service, professional and excellent attention to detail.

Mike came in and gave terrific advice. Knew what he was doing answered every question. We had others come by but no one could hold a candle to what Mike knew and advice. Soo glad we went with him. It was a bit more then others but we really saw the difference in quality and workmanship.

It turned out fine! He stayed and did what we wanted him to do, and he was on time. He called us with any details or any problems that may have come up. During the waiting period, while he was making them, he let us know where he was in the process. I would recommend him to anyone! It was exactly what we needed and wanted to have done.

It was excellent! Later on we had a couple issues and they came back and corrected the issues immediately at no extra charge. They are a very professional outfit. We paid for the quality and the service.

They did everything I wanted! I called them back and they came right away. I had no problems. The price was a little high but the quality was so good! They very professional and they obviously knew what they were doing.

The owner, Mike, answered my call and setup a time to show blinds and give an estimate. He was punctual for the selection and estimate. He notified me when the blinds shipped, and then when he received the blinds. We then set a time for the install. He was again on time for the install. He was careful in the house and cleaned up after himself. A couple of the blinds were damaged from shipping, he is replacing them at no extra cost. He is following through the same with the replacements as he did on the original order.

Went very well. Came to my house. Took shades down. Came back less than a week later and installed repaired shade. Would definitely use again, especially if I decide to get new shades. Very good service, professional, and a nice guy.
