The two young men who replaced both my AC and furnace were amazing. They arrived at 8 a.m. and worked past 8:30 p.m. My old furnace was in bad repair, so they had a lot of problem solving to do. They were extremely pleasant and left everything in perfect order.

Had some problems with the Trane air-conditioning units. In my opinion for brand new air-conditioning units, they had to many problems and had to swap out motherboard and several other parts. These are brand new units? Whatâ s up?

The job was completed on time and the installers were knowledgeable and easy to communicate with.

With some negotiating, they were one of the least expensive installers we got bids from. One area where the house duct met the air handlers wasn't cut right. After they rigged it to fit they asked me "is this ok?" I said "sure", then the tech said "honestly are you ok with it?" I said no, not really, so without question they replaced a few days later, and it was not a simple task. We've had the unit for six months now and Temperature Control are on top of everything! Up to date maintenance and always asked if we had any questions.

Temperature control did a great job installing my new heat pump system. I was very impressed with their knowledge and their dedication. The estimation process was very great and very informative. The sales representative was knowledgeable and did not press me to make a sale. He gave me all of the options when it came to fixing my 15 year old HVAC system. Then, and only then, after I decided I needed to get a new system he talked to me about a new system. The installation process was scheduled and performed in under a week from the time of sale which was great to get it done so fast. The only issue is that that Installation Invoiced had all of the "extra details" on it and the installation technicians were not aware of these things by no fault of themselves. In addition, they were not made aware that this installation was going to be a conversion from a gas furnace to a heat pump which includes additional hookups and electrical work. This is something that the company should work on improving on in the future. The installation technicians, Robert and Dillon were very hard working. They were so dedicated and even stayed until nearly 8:00 PM to try and finish the job. They were not quite able to complete the installation that first day because of the conversion and all of the extra work required to get things working. They came back a few days later and finished the job and were so nice and professional. I really appreciate Robert and Dillon for their hard work and getting our system up and running. The customer service has been top notch and they have been so great to work around my busy schedule. Their texts with their pictures come when they are 30 min out and they give you a 2 hour timeframe for when they come out. So it is nice to see their face so you know who you are talking to and only having a 2 hour window to wait is much better than other companies that give you a 4 hour window. Overall, a great experience and I am very impressed with everything this company has done for me and I would suggest this to anyone looking for a good price, great service, dedication, and a top notch communication company. Brandon Johnson is a hands-on owner with experience and knowledge in all aspects of his business. He took time to answer my questions and provided me with the information I needed to make my decision. I interviewed representatives from several companies. I am very satisfied that choosing Signature Heating and Cooling was the right choice. The crew that installed the system - Angel and Justin, were hard workers who obviously took pride in their work. It shows. And they cleaned up when finished. I highly recommend this company. Everyone, including the office staff did an excellent job.

Very efficient

Excellent sales rep. Several options to fit our needs. I would say the price was a little high, but the equipment is top notch, extremely efficient, and the installation was fast and dinedone very well. All contact with anyone in the company has been easy, and helpful. A big â A+ â for customer service!

Of course, needed a new AC using portables. Decided to get quotes. Received notification and pic of who was coming and when. Anthony came to our home. What an awesome man very skilled at understanding what we needed. He checked things out (we had one of the outlawed systems but was dead anyways)he eased our anxiety, quick to find common ground and it was so pleasurable to have someone that was truly interested and sensitive to our needs. No over selling explained everything top to bottom. Theresa (?) at the office, very personable called to go over scheduling, she like Anthony, was a 100%. Just great!! About an hour after Anthony left, I cancelled my other quotes Called Theresa and got Anthony to come back and start paperwork. Anybody as kind and genuine as Anthony and Theresa must be happy with who they work for, thatâ s what clinched it. That was on a Friday our new AC was installed on the next Tuesday. Two EXTREMELY professional and respectful techs got it all done and cleaned old stuff removed in 6 hours was always sent a text with picture of who was coming over. The installation techs went over everything one more time. We needed a bit of a loan which they got us with 0% apr. there is not enough time or words to tell everyone just how great this company is.

Tony came out right away and diagnosed our issue. Unfortunately we needed a replacement and he gave us a very fair offer (checked with others as well). He and his crew did an amazing job to get us quickly back up and working properly. In less than 24 hours we had a new system. Iâ ve worked with several groups over the last several years and wish Iâ d have called Temperature Control sooner. I wonâ t go with anyone else moving forward.

they explain everything to you that is being done, and have you set up the follow up appointment to check total home is cooling all room.
