Project : Removal of existing swamp coolers and installing water air conditioning. When my elderly mother in law decided her swamp coolers were not working efficiently, she decided to invest in traditional air conditioning. Thursday we searched Angi and selected this top rated company. The sales rep came out within hours was super nice and appeared knowledgeable in this project. He promised to prioritize this job and have it done by Saturday. However, many mishaps followed: Saturday the installation manager came out to approve the plan. He informed us the a/c heat pump would be installed Monday. On Monday the installers arrived but were unaware they had to dig a large trench to install the new heat pump. They informed us there was no possible way this could be accomplished. They spoke with my husband and mother in law who agreed to a new furnace and separate Trane AC unit. Next, since the 95% efficient furnace was on backorder so they installed a temporary furnace. We knew they would not actually hook it up completely because it is summer and the 95% furnace would be arriving in weeks. The new AC worked great and the house was finally comfortable. However, Wednesday wasps were getting into the house somewhere from that temporary furnace and I was stung. We contacted the sales rep about the wasp situation. He immediately sent out a tech. The first tech came out and was super nice but he did not fully remove all the necessary panels to fully examine the furnace. He assured us there was no way wasps could get in. Thursday, while my mother-in-law was enjoying her new A/C, she discovered she had no hot water. I contacted the same company and sales rep on Thursday and ordered a new H2O tank. This could not be installed until Monday. Over the weekend another wasp came in from the furnace area and stung my elderly mother-in-law. She also discovered she had no gas to her stove. So we figured it was odd that after they installed the temporary furnace the gas to the house must have been shut off and never turned on therefore disabling her gas appliances. Monday, the day the new H2O tank was scheduled for installation, I contacted the manager to request a tech come out to check out the wasp situation again and the gas line. The manager was very nice and obligingly sent out a Senior tech . This tech was super nice and fully removed all panels above the furnace to discover that indeed wasps could get in as it was not fully hooked up so he taped that area off as best he could. This was something the first tech should have done himself but did not. Next he checked the gas line and it was on but had air bubbles left from turning it off during the removal of the old furnace. He bled the line and the gas appliances finally worked after 4 days. So we cancelled the install of a new hot water tank. At present, we are still awaiting the arrival of the 95% efficient furnace and removal of the existing disabled swamp coolers. So the job is still not completed after 2 weeks. Bottom line: these technicians are extremely kind, neat and personable. But way to many hiccups in this project to trust their knowledgeability.

Temperature Control was the last company I came across on Angiâ  s List to get a quote on completely replacing my HVAC system. They were PHENOMENAL! Brock was the rep who showed up to my home, gave me a run down of the local business and what they offer, and gave me a quote. He was super nice and also assured me the company could price match the lowest quote I came across, and they totally delivered on that promise. About 3 months after meeting Brock and gathering more quotes, I sent him my lowest quote and he came $100 less than that! By this time, my HVAC burned out (on a Thursday) and I was also scared it was going to take them weeks to come out for installation. After going through scheduling and payment options, they said they could come out the following week (that upcoming Tuesday)! A technician, Dan, came out the following day to pre-measure. Then came installation a few days later. Dustin, Tony, and Juan the installation technicians, were so pleasant and worked diligently to replace my entire system. After the installation, Dustin balanced the airflow and walked me through how to work the new thermostat they installed. 10/10 would recommend and would 100% use them again!

We used temperature control 2 times recently for a leaking kitchen sink and then again when our air conditioner went out and both times a tech called us back quickly to access the problem and set up a time to come out. They did a great job both times and the techs were very courteous and you canâ t ask for more than that! I would recommend them to anyone that has an issue and appreciates professional work! Were able to come out same day to check A/C that went down during blazing heat. Replaced unit w/in couple of days during the height of their busy time. They offer lots of extras to help maintain A/C efficiency. Know what they're doing.
