The technician (Danny) was very pleasant and professional and walked through the entire service procedure and repair with us. Timing was perfect. Price was a little higher than expected, but the work was completed exactly as quoted.

They took care of everything (removing old equipment, installation of new equipment, cleaning and sealing existing ducts, electrical and plumbing as necessary). They were thorough in their communication and genuinely nice. They were very clean as they went along. They were very respectful of the needs of our household. Disruption was minimal (Installation and ducts). Great company we would recommend to anyone. :)

A number of 'incidents'. They did make it right, but if I hadn't sent up my own handyman I would never had known the problems on my roof and it started with the salesmen putting the incorrect serial # on the contract. Supposedly it was a 'clerical' error or were they going to sell me a lessor model or discontinued model???? Lesson is " Trust but VERIFY". Only the next 10 years will tell if they live up to the maintenance agreement.

Did Not hire for AC replacement, I was not ready, but hired them to replace a blower Capacitor. They did a Very Good Job.

Unlike most service companies, they followed up, returned calls, the Owner responded directly to me by phone, they were on time for appointments, were efficient in the installation of the system, always courteous and the unit works great - Lennox XC 21. Claudio and Rolando, brothers installed the system, Shawn did the preinstall checks and Tony sold us the system. Terrific Team.

My AC stopped cooling the house on a Sat afternoon when temps outside were 112. After spending $800 in repairs with 2 other companies, I decided it was time to start getting quotes for a new system. I entered my info in HomeAdvisor around 7pm and within 10 min I received a call from Tony. He was very polite and offered to send someone out at no charge to see if I really needed a new system or if it could be repaired at a reasonable cost. He also offered to drop of portable coolers for the night. The next day Dustin came over and identified the issue. He was very professional and explained in detail what was wrong and got my AC up and running again! This company and the people were great!!! Thank you so much and I will be using you in the future for my service/repair needs.
